It was pretty quick and I wad happy with it. The problem that I had was with downloading video. It was almost dial-up levels of slow. I don't know what the problem was. I can't believe this was how It was supposed to be. I ended up returning it.

1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

The screen flashes on and off every ten seconds

I work from home so it’s exactly what I need except every 10 seconds the screen flashes on and off. It’s really irritating besides that everything’s great!
