Great computer for high school student

Good product, bad service

My father, who lives 1500 miles from me, had to call to get it fixed. All the men he spoke to were rude and unhelpful. Thankfully he got 3 women who helped him over 2 days get it working. Apparently it came from the factory without the operating system. He was hung up on numerous times. Now he is trying to learn the new system. I would buy again... but was very disappointed in some of the service.
