Great value, speed, storage, memory, touch screen. I especially like the numbers key board to the right. The only thing negative I would say is the mouse pad. That takes a little getting used to. I am a tech nut and i think its a great computer for the money.

I picked this unit up to replace a HP laptop I had for years. I took the recommendation of the Best Buy folks on duty to help me find something to fit my needs. It is not as 'sturdy" as my HP was, but seems to be doing all I needed it for. Initial trouble with Geek Squad setting up the services I paid for at the store it was purchased at, but I brought it to a different location to have services performed same day.

I'm not a gamer so this computer does everything and more. When I purchased it, I was looking for a computer strictly for work, no bells or whistles. I was surprised to find out that this computer is loaded. I didn't even know it was a touch screen until I got it home. It's fast, sleek and has done everything I asked.

My laptop had crashed and needed a new one fast. The staff was great in explaining this laptop and it had everything that I needed. Would highly recommend it.

I bought this as a gift for my sister because her old Laptop was on its last legs. This laptop is great. It had all the features she needed...more memory and a disk drive. An added bonus...backlit keyboard! Everything so far has worked fine. I helped get everything up and running for her and so far we have not had any problems. It runs much faster than what she had. She loves it.

This is a nice computer. A little bit heavy, but you could expect that from a 15" computer. Speed looked fine on the first few days I used it. So far no complains.

Good computer at a good price that meets my goals.

My first Widows 10 experience, so a lot of learning. Love the display and the lighted key pad. I use a side number pad at work and this laptop gives the feeling of a regular key pad.

This is my first laptop, and I love it. However, the battery seems to run down a bit fast. So far -- so good.

All the right features, in a very nice, sleek look, and very well-performing for a "value-priced" laptop. I've had a great experience with it so far and am enjoying it very much.

I don't really use it much, but when I do, It does the job. I browse internet, pay bills, view pics, videos and use Microsoft office. It's pretty fast and so far I'm liking it. The only weird thing that I didn't like and hopefully it doesn't do it again is my curser started acting up while using my usb mouse (it hasn't done it since) it started jumping and it was disappearing for no reason. other than that great laptop!

Very nice computer. I really love this computer. It has all the essentials but was a very decent price. I love the touch screen ability and The special features it has are fun to play with. I would deathly recommend the best computer to anyone who asked

We needed a touchscreen laptop and so we bought this one. It seemed to be the best value. It is working just fine no issues.

I purchased this laptop for bill paying and online banking. The laptop starts up quickly and I'm able to pay my bills within a matter of minutes. It has a nice back lit keyboard. My only complaint is that the keyboard seems a little flimsy and moves downward when I type. The laptop is a nice gray color. It came loaded with Windows 10 which I'm not exactly loving but that's just because I haven't used it very much so I'm still quite unfamiliar with it. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Great gaming laptop. Great sound and picture quality

I liked this laptop quite a bit. i5, 8GB, 1 TB drive with a touch screen fit the bill and didn't break the bank.

The touchscreen is great. It's lightweight without being cheap. Great price. Quick and has all the features I need plus some.

Love the touchscreen, speed is good, like that it has a DVD drive. Has everything I need in a laptop, at a very good price!

I've been using Vista for years. Didn't want to jump to Windows 8, but Windows 10 is a great fit for me.

Mouse pad is not great, left click sometimes does not respond and it zooms in by itself according to my wife and she streams movies and tv shows but I bought this laptop because I am a heavy gamer( mainly leave of legends) and it runs perfectly fine but I also use a wireless mouse, I would give it a 5 star for me cause I don't run into the issues she runs into but she wants to give this product a 4 star. We love dell over any brand
