I use my laptop everyday for multiple large projects and I haven't had any issues with speed or storage. Nice interface. Great back lit keyboard. Heavier than some laptop but great for durability.

Reasonably priced. Light weight, quick startup and shut down and very responsive. The touch screen is great. As an earlier reviewer noted, there is a DVR player included thus no external source is required. Best Buy shipping was prompt and on time. Very satisfied with my overall purchase experience. Great value for the money.

It's a pretty good laptop for me to use for school and everything. I had issues with my 1st one starting and had to replace it. My new one now doesn't always recognize the charging cord. For the price and features I can't complain too much though. I just wish there was a button to disable the touch screen, as I carry my laptop around and sometimes accidentally close the page.

I bought this to replace a Walmart cheapo. So far very happy for a mid-range laptop. It is fast, has huge storage, and touch screen. No complaints so far, but there does seem to be a display adapter driver issue sometimes. I really like the backlit keyboard. Better than my work laptop

We got this as an open box item for a steal. I would have paid full price though. It does everything and more that my wife wanted. No problems so far.

This is my first Dell computer and very happy with it so far. Window's 10 is a challenge to get to know, but I will get there eventually. Paying for the 2-year Geek Squad plan was and is worth every penny I paid for it. The sales people at Best Buy are very knowledgeable and helpful. The Geek Squad Tech's are terrific also! :)

for the price, it's a steal. great features, and it's fast.

This computer was for my mother in law. Internet, office applications, and general use. It starts up quickly and handles the tasks well. Haven't had any issues yet and she really likes the touchscreen.

Good laptop with realsense camera, touch and 6th gen i5 processor. Responsive and enough memory for multiple users at home.

This is a nice basic laptop. As far as basic goes. Bought this for my son for his birthday. He really likes it and it looks like it will hold up better than the last one. This one is more metal whereas the last one had a lot of plastic that egraded over time. The price was ok.

I opted for a laptop to replace my old desktop. I am loving how much faster and smoother this runs. When I'm at my desk I use a larger monitor. Love the new Windows 10. Love how I can easily pull up several documents on the screen at the same time. I chose this model of Dell because it has a CD drive built in.

So far no issues. Will keep fingers crossed. Bought to replace son's aging laptop. He is finding it a lot easier and much faster (yeah other one was a dino). would recommend.

Love the touchscreen, lightweight design, face recognition log in and backlit keyboard. Has a lot of storage and I really like the wireless and Bluetooth features.
