Very good laptop for the money. Enjoying both the touch screen and especially the speed. The colors are great, clear and very good depth to the various colors. One of the best purchases I have ever made in laptops over the years.

This Dell laptop is great! No problems thus far. I would recommend this laptop to anyone. Buyers beware...cd/DVDs drives are no longer standard on most laptops! This one has the drive and touch screen. A solid feel, much better than comparable laptops!

It works great out of the box. i just use it for watching lectures, using the internet, and writing papers. I needed to update my older laptop b/c it wasn't picking up the faster internet speeds. This works great. Starts up quickly. I like the backlit keyboard and the camera. I would download chrome if you want to use google hangout. It won't work with microsoft edge.

The Dell inspiron laptop is so great, it efficient and as a great capability of multitasking. It works great,power efficient and it's durable .

Have had this laptop for 30 days now was very easy to set up only had one issue with the unit kept dropping the wifi connection after reading more reviews and finding out most are dropping out on this model found out the card is located on the bottom of the laptop bought a wifi extender for my house and now the signal is stronger and corrected this issue this was miner issue easy to correct

For my needs, email, Microsoft Office and some web surfing this works great. It seemed like the best deal for a computer with touch screen, 1TB drive,DVD drive and a backlit keyboard. These were all features I wanted on my new computer.

Very good laptop for the price, the only issue i have experienced is the video card tends to stop working and start back up, other than that it is a very good laptop.

Have used Dell laptops for years. Very happy with this product. Windows 10 is a bit tricky for me. It will take me awhile to be more comfortable. The best use of Wiindows10 is to have it installed when laptop purchase. The laptops with upgraded to windows 10 are not nearly as friendly to use.

This Dell Laptop was easy to setup. Navigating Windows 10 was a breeze and I'm used to Windows XP. The features are great, touchscreen, Bluetooth, camera, wireless, and it has enough storage for me to have moved all of my data from 3 old laptops to this one.

Good specs ant a decent price. Not much bloatware to take off.

This is so the best laptop I've purchased, its doing me a good job with all my work. The customer service I had with Best Buy is the best than any others stores. They were really helpful with what I was looking for and what they recommended.

I have used this computer for about a month. So far it is performing as promised. I give it four stars instead of five because the keyboard is not as friendly as previous laptops I have owned. I type rather quickly and it cannot always keep up with me. I would have preferred the keys slightly raised and more responsive. As for performance, for my needs the computer is working well and able to maintain several windows at a time as I surf the net completing homework and research.

I love the touch screen and memory available on this laptop and I also like how the keyboard has a backlight so you can see the buttons light up in the dark. I also like how you can use only your face to unlock this laptop.

This Dell laptop has met all of my computing needs! Initially I read about the display driver crashing and was concerned, especially when it happened to me right after purchase. However, once I switched from Firefox browser to Chrome (which used less CPU), it worked perfectly. Apparently there is some known issue between Windows 10 and some applications.

It is great for studying school and the touch screen is very handy. And it responds fast to what you click on.
