There was nothing wrong with it. Had some difficulty with start up, but, with the help of the Geek Squad, got everything up and running.

Loving this laptop!

Its fast,working with the touch screen is awesome and I expect it to last as long as my previous Dell.

Great computer for school and kids

Everything I wqs looking for

Good for the money

Updates seemed to download slow at first but its ok now. I think its a windows 10 issue but the update must have a fix in it for it cause its worked fine since then. Laptop speed is good. Dont use touchscreen much but seems to work good. Cursor pad takes time getting used to it but works well once was familiar with it.
