The laptop is user friendly. All the functions work nicely, the screen is a nice size and I love the touch screen to quickly navigate around.

i,ve had this computer for a month & it has been giving me problems since the first week, it says windowns 8 display driver has stopped working, & the screen turns black, & it goes back to start page, so you have to search to go back to where you were just at, geek squad has worked on it 2 times, they say theres nothing wrong with it, this is a windows 10 system, they say clear your history, that still doesnt help, i have tried google chrome, firefox, & windows edge, it happens on all the search engines, dont know what else to try, i like the lighted keyboard, so not real satisfied with this windows 10 dell computer, screen shuts off at least 6-8 times a day. my dell windows vista is 8 years old & works better than this one,

I bought this as an open box item and it is great. I spend time on the internet and it is fast and I have had no problems after 2 months.

This laptop computer is great for a person like me. I love the touch screen. You can zoom in on a picture just by spreading your fingers.

I purchased this unit thinking the Dell brand is good enough to handle my basic computing needs. All went well for about a day, then the computer just stop booting up from the BIOS. No fix. Best Buy was great and took it back I then went back to my old favorite HP and have had no problems since.

The touch screen is awesome! This is my first laptop so I'm not real proficient with the " mouse" , but to just touch is marvelous !

Lightweight fast and easy to use. A good value for the money

I have had so much trouble dealing with black keyboards am loving the lit keyboard.

I purchased the laptop as an open box item. For a lower end laptop it is put together very well. The keyboard feels a little cheap but it works fine. If the keyboard does end up failing a wireless one will work in its place. Overall I like the laptop and would buy another one again.

My new Dell has exceeded my expectations performance and appearance wise. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

This laptop is the best option to buy a pc with pretty good performance.

I love the backlit keys, but the deck has a strange, bouncy feel to which I am trying to become accustomed. The amount of options available for somewhat simple work laptops has dwindled; this was one of the few choices at BB, but it is working well for me.

Really enjoy my touch screen laptop. It's very easy to post things on Craigslist and other sites!
