This is the laptop that my husband bought a month ago. He does not use it for much other than surfing the web. He has not complained about it so that is a good sign. It is fairly priced.

I like how fast it is and easy to set up. I would recommend this to all my friends.

Love my Dell computer! The price was great compared to other stores.

Had to fix some software issues but it was an open box after all. Nice computer fast and feels reliable. Keyboard springs when middle keys are pressed, apparently this is a known Dell issue. Nice computer.

this was a good solution for a college student in need of a good computer for school. it supports all the needs of a college student and is functional and portable.

The Lap top was purchased for my grand daughter who just absolutely loves it. This was the second lap top purchase we took the first one back as it was not a good buy. In speaking with one of the more knowledgeable best buy agent he directed us to this lap top. It has made all the difference.

This is a great little computer. Quite a bit faster than my previous Dell. I do not like Wimdows 10 and would prefer to go back to my Windows 7 ultimate but.

I purchased this computer for a gift. I researched several on the Best Buy website before going to the store. I am glad I went to the store to talk to someone before my purchase. I bought this computer instead which was a better value for the money. The salesperson was very helpful.

Excellent quality. Took a bit of getting used-to with Windows 10, but that's me and not the laptop! Specifically wanted the highest capacity Intel chip I could afford due to problems with AMD chip on my previous laptop (heat and battery life in particular).

I like the side number pad. I don't care for the eye recognition sign in, it usually doesn't work.
