This laptop is great fit anyone not looking for a top end machine for gaming or heavy processor use. I use it for school and it has done very well. Much more portable than my old 17 inch laptop, but still big enough that you can see with multiple windows open.

I have been using other laptops, but this is the best so far, touch screen works perfect, memory is great too, I can easily download my favorite movies, awesome deal in good price.

Ive had this laptop for over one month and its fast, well built and looks good too. Ive had a handful of people say how nice of a computer this is and how its looks just like a mac book pro. There is only one problem ive been having with this computer and it is when i go to turn it on after i have shut it down the keyboard wont work forcing me to restart it which overall isnt that big of a problem. but other than that no complants.

I love my new Dell Laptop. I didn't think I would use the touch screen but I am completely hooked. In fact I catch myself trying to use a touchscreen feature on my work computer which does not have that technology. I was also concerned that the Windows operating system with the tiles would be hard to learn since I am not a technology person and don't like change but it has been a dream! Lastly, the staff at Best Buy made purchasing this laptop so easy and without pressure. I don't know much about computers so tend to subscribe to the if it costs a lot it must be the best, but your staff answered all of my questions and didn't try to take advantage of my lack of computer knowledge. I ended up with a mid price laptop that does exactly what I need it to do. Thank you so much!

No complains. Works great. Touch screen is awesome. Great sound. Fast and good looking. Good build. Good battery life. For work or personal use the best.

i mainly use this for school and other personal uses it works great havent had any issues with it was my first touch screen computer it did take a little getting use to but i would recommend this to anyone

Picked up the laptop as a home school laptop, has plenty of power and storage. Keyboard is responsive and the out of the box configuration is great for my kids, and should carry my son unit Senior year easily. Good battery life, only option I would recommend is one of the cool trays as it does get a little warm on your lap.

The computer works great for what we needed it for which is basically surfing the web and checking e-mails. The screen is large enough to see easily, and it's not too heavy.

Love the touch screen. I'm not really a windows person, I prefer mac. Had to get this specifically for work.

I needed a new laptop for work and this Dell is perfect for what I need; its fast and has plenty of storage. Came to this from an HP that crashed and so far so good.

The speed and Windows make this computer a pleasure to work with. I am still getting used to the touch screen but I sure that it will come with time.

This laptop serves all my needs -- it's fast and it has plenty of space and memory, plus it looks good! The backlit keyboard and HD touch screen are great features, and all at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Pretty easy laptop computer to set up and use. Really like the metal case, makes it feel much sturdier and stylish. A but heavier and touch pad is sensitive. Overall happy with purchase.

Excellent computer! Bought one for me (Mom) and one for my college freshman. Works equally well for both of us. She loves the touch screen and I love that it is easy for me to use too.

The laptop fits the bill in terms of speed, storage space, battery usage and cost.

The system is sometimes a little slower than I expected it to be but something tells me that's an issue with Windows 8 and not the computer itself. The backlit keyboard is nice when computing in the dark and it's nice to have 4 USB ports. The speakers are kind of in a strange place but overall I still like the computer and the aluminum casing makes i durable and not as likely to get damaged.
