Nice laptop just won't open Microsoft office
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got home was putting all my stuff on for my college school work would not open Microsoft school and office spent 4hours on phone with dell just to find out it has software issues .wanted to charge over 200$ to fix said heck no it thee days old I'll will just return it not very happy with the product

Perfect Windows Computer

A powerhouse for everything. The computer is really clean and nice. The keyboard feels amazing to type on and is backlit as well. I would definitely recommend for anyone whether in college or for home or business or whatever.

Pretty slick laptop

Weak Wifi Signal
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed, I was only able to receive wifi signal within 2 feet of my router (I made sure my router was working properly). Spent over 3 hours on the phone with Dell tech support, and learned this is a common issue with Dell computers. and they were still unable to fix it. Best Buy made the return very easy since this computer was awful.

disappointment in quality

Will be bringing it in for service. When I send test messages to myself, it takes 3 minutes for me to receive in my email. Slow machine. Agent setting it up did a wonderful job, but the machine itself is not worth the money.
