AWFUL SLOW COMPUTER! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

So far I've had nothing but problems with this SLOW computer. Takes FOREVER to do anything. After MONTHS of dealing with this, I have to go to Best Buy in hopes they can fix the issue. It's not my wifi, not my router, and my exceptional IT group can't figure out what the problem is. What a nightmare! I bought this specifically for speed, I got a flop!
