No big deal though, you expect that for the price point, but you expect reliability and immediately Win 10 was hiccuping on the update. We ended up taking it back and getting a 15" Dell with touch screen, double the hard drive space, and a better form factor for about the same price.

Original set up took about two days. Kept telling me that it needed to install updates-which took two days to install. Then it crashed and I had to reset it to manufacture settings. It did the same thing a week later and crashed again. Called Best Buy and they said that since we are past 15 days policy there is nothing they can do for us. So now we are out of money and a laptop.

It is supposed to be a refurbished laptop with no issues other than someone desired a different product. This was not cheap. It will not stay connected to WiFi. Tested it on multiple routers and having the same issue everytime. I now have to travel 1 1/2 to find out what I need to do.
