It is easy to use, and has very quick response. I especially like the large screen size, and do not experience the eyestrain that smaller screens cause for me. I am very glad that this laptop lives up to the high standards associated with Dell products.

Just OK for DELL

Didn't figure out how to open downloads without seeing the apps screen. ALSO, I'm not sure if this is the laptop or my internet speed that makes the PC longer to respond to my commands. I did change my mind as I figured out how to open the DL's.... by the time my CC bill knocked on my door.

Dont buy this computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My experience with this device has been 3 crashed hard drives and repeated frustrating calls will Dell tech support. I have mailed the device into Dell For error code 2000-0142, which means the hard drive crashes. I have lost all my data twice and been forced to reload all the software twice; the most recent time sending the device to Dell for repair. They sent the computer back to me broken. I am angry and would like a full refund for this device. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE.

DON'T, JUST DON'T

Geek Squad is now closed due to COVID-19. Gave it to other geeks to repair it - they gave it back lol. * it is "UNREBOOTABLE". Have to sell it for parts now. I am bummed that it is a DELL 'puter. Who'd ever guess.
