    I’ve had this laptop for 2 years now. I seriously love it so much! The display is large and super clear and colorful. The keypad is really nice and lights up! Overall it’s held up and remained top notch!

    The computer did not work right upon delivery of item slow loading would do updates then went store no longer carried it had purchase something else went back to using apple products

    Awful Performance

    I needed a new laptop and after looking around a bunch I decided to give Dell a try as I have not had a Dell in many years and after reading reviews it seemed like it could work. Got it delivered and man is it terrible! It is so slow to turn on and load windows, slow to open programs, it's even slow with the simple task of surfing the web. One website I use still uses flash animation and the animation stutters. Ordered a new one and can't wait for it to get here. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this. You will just spend more time returning it and ordering something new.

    OK, I am sorry I purchased this computer. I previously had a Dell and bought this one because the other gave me trouble...This one looks great and that's it. Keeps losing wifi, slow to do any task. Past the return date ... never again will I buy a Dell.

      Thanks for your review and we're sorry that your laptop is not performing the way that you hoped it would. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if it improves your computer's performance:

      1. Close all open windows.
      2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
      3. Click Control Panel.
      4. Click System and Security.
      5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
      6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
      7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
      8. Restart the PC.

      If you are still losing your WIFI connection, here are some steps to help resolve this issue:

      1. Download and install the latest Wireless Card driver. (https://dell.to/2th3Tpe) After updating the driver, re-establish the connection with the Wireless Access Point and check the wireless performance.
      2. If the issue persists, proceed to step 3.
      3. Power-cycle the local network. Shut down the Dell system, the Wireless Access Point/Router and the Modem. Wait a minimum of 60 seconds before powering up the components in the following order:
      4. Power ON the Modem, and wait for it to boot fully.
      5. Power ON the Wireless Access Point/Router, and wait for it to boot fully.
      6. Power ON the Dell system.
      7. Open Network and Sharing Center
      8. In the left side navigation pane, click on Change Adapter Settings
      9. Right click on the wireless connection icon and select Properties followed by the Configure button
      10. Under Wireless Options, select the Wireless N mode
      11. For Windows 8 or later systems click the Advanced tab and look for 802.11n Mode on the right you will be given the option to Enable or Disable. If the mode is not visible you may need to update your drivers and firmware.
      12. From the drop-down menu, choose Disable followed by Ok
      13. This should restore the wireless download and upload speed. Internet speed can be tested at http://speedtest.net.

    we bought it thinking it was the best. we had to return by slow. They gave us another to see if that was the problem. and the second is worse than the first. I think I'm going to go with Apple again. sorry Dell I tried. But it does not work
