I bought this computer to have something to pay the bills and do other misc work. I also wanted it for the portability factor. Did not want a laptop, as this will mostly be used on a desk, but I wanted the portability option for traveling. So far it has worked great. It powers up very quickly and I have not had a single issue with performance. It would be nice if the portable monitor had a handle of some sort. Also impossible to find a carrying bag for it to fit, as most laptop bags max out at around 17 inches. But overall a great purchase and I am very satisfied.

The Dell Inspiron is a handy tool it acts as a desk top all in one and a tablet so you can be mobile. It,s touch screen is convienient and easy touse.

Great "portable/mobile" All-In-One computer that acts as a better option than a laptop. I can take it anywhere with me and not have to leave it plugged in, which is its BEST feature. I take it to the beach to work. Since I am diligent in getting my business to be almost completely paperless, the screen size is perfect to work from a split screen. I wish I knew about this computer a long time ago. That is my only problem.

This laptop is so versatile that everything can be done in one place. E-mails, bills, the touchscreen is great and very easy to use.

I bought this computer April of 2016. I have called Geek Squad multiple times with no helping, bringing it into the store several times for them to fix the issues . At first, airplane mode was stuck and I was not able to use the internet. Best Buy geek squad has completely restarted the program and set it back to default two times now. I just recently picked it up and the programs I bought when I bought the computer (Microsoft and security) were not reinstalled. This computer has been the biggest pain and should not have issues like this when its brand new. If it wasn't already passed the time period to be able to return it, I would have done it in a heartbeat. Hoping things starting working correctly.

Easy to use and works great. Love the feature where you can use like a lap top and take it with you.
