It is very simple to use. It also has everything I need for any project, big or small.

Great for a home computer or if you have high schoolers to do their day to day courseworks. One drawback is that it came with a trial version of an antivirus that keeps coming with a warning to purchase the full version.

My wife uses for work and loves the touchscreen. Decent for basic functionality.

When I read the specs on this computer, I thought i i would be perfect for my youngest child to use to watch videos on netflix or load a couple of games. But sometimes the touch screen doesn't register. It is very difficult to load games from the app store (due to the operating system...or maybe not, don't know) and this version of windows is AWFUL compared to previous ones. I buy at least two or three laptops every few years and thought a computer like this one would serve the same purpose. I was wrong.

I figured it was time to replace a 5-year-old laptop with a newer, faster one. It's newer, but NO faster. Blame it on the computer, or blame it on our service provider (Liberty Cable) -- I certainly don't know; but, not one bit faster than the old one, and nothing but problems using the (battery-operated) mouse and keyboard.

The only difficulty I had is learning Windows 10 but it is not insurmountable.

I bought this based on the specs on bestbuy.com - specifically, the processor speed. I was looking for closer to 3.0 ghz, but this was listed at 2.4 ghz. As a certified refurb, it was priced affordably; so I thought "why not." After I got it home, I discovered it is actually 1.6 ghz standard operating speed. That's a huge difference! I took it back to Best Buy and was informed that it will boost its speed when running multiple tasks. I let the Geek talk me into keeping it and have regretted it almost every day since. Now I'm past the time to take it back. Though I do really like the look of this AIO and the touch screen, I would not recommend this computer for anything except email and solitaire. Not sure what the "boost" adds, but I can tell you it doesn't even come close to my 2.2 ghz laptop. Disappointing.

This computer was exactly what I needed for my daughter. I thought it would be slower than it is. It's actually faster than I anticipated. Windows 10 is a very good operating system. I would recommend this to everyone who's not a gamer. If your looking for a gaming computer look elsewhere.
