DELL ALL-IN-ONE IS SUFFICIENT

It had been more than five years since the last computer purchased (still have a Dell Studio series), so it was time for an upgrade. Even with the 4GB memory, most applications and features work to full capacity without any delay; the one caution would be to run internet (Edge or Chrome browsers) directly through an ISP as the Wi-Fi connection may be unstable and slow things down. In all, this is a very solid product.

Able to mount on wall

Had a specific need to be able to mount the computer on a wall. It has the VESA mounting holes on the back, so was really easy. Little downside, is that there was no optical drive, so had to use a separate optical drive to install some work related software.

I understand the difference between a Wacom and tower, and this. You can still unplug it and go wireless. I remember seeing commercials for it and thought of surface, but didn't really care.
I can buy some touch pens and do Microsoft Paint or go online.

This is the WORST computer I've ever owned! After 7 months, all of a sudden, no monitor activity at all. No monitor, no computer! Can't troubleshoot, can't assist Dell when I call them, aggravating. Dell is now telling me that it's pretty much my problem if I'm not willing to accept a refurbished one. The thing came with a year warranty and I paid for an additional 3 years. A tech was scheduled to put in a new motherboard, I am self-employed, I stayed home for 2 days, no tech, no call. I call Dell and after being on hold 20 mins, the phone is disconnected. I'm going to give Walmart a try, maybe they will do something. I've had other Dell computers (tower type) and they were fine. Also, the side connections on the Dell are a pain depending on space. That was a week ago yesterday and after the third day, I bought a new HP with tower but Dell has lost my business forever.

I hate this computer! I bought it in May and it's the slowest computer I've encountered in years. The sad thing is, it's really impressive looking and I like the all-in-one monitor concept, but it runs like a computer from about 10 years ago. I also continually get messages that my battery is low even though it's plugged into the power socket. I tried to take it back to Best Buy about a month ago, and they said they couldn't do anything for me because I waited too long. Signed: An unsatisfied, but have been a loyal Best Buy customer.

It could not detect a 2nd monitor, then I checked the Dell specs manual and it clearly says HDMI IN! The ad is in error.

it's a pentium processor, so it's very slow.

we use this as a point-of-sale terminal. if you do any browsing or normal laptop/desktop chores, it's a Pentium processor so it's very slow. Norton took almost half an hour to add this to my account.

Very very very slow. This computer couldn't manage a 30mb PDF file. Plus the feel and look of the computer was very cheap. I suggest spending a little more and getting a better computer.
