I missed that it doesn't come with an optical drive, but not a deal breaker.

The computer was very easy to set up. Everything that you need is included so there's no more guesswork of what to buy. And for my kid it's a great investment especially since you can use the touchscreen and unplug it and use it as a tablet.

This pc has a lot of little extras it's portable! Good for paying my bills I am able stream nicely, the bad it's a bit slow in opening up a site but I bought for simple things I'm just hoping I can upgrade it all in all I love it

This all in one was a gift and my family loves it. They like the ease of the touch screen and the size of the monitor for easy reading. It has been a great addition to their home.

This is a great computer. Fairly easy to use although I haven't had it long enough to try all the features. Great display and color on monitor, Nice size, and will be an asset to family with the windows 10 that comes with it.

Obtained this on clearance a few weeks back for one of my kids. So far... holding up well. Love the rechargeable battery feature coupled with all-in-one touch screen desktop. Also a nice price point.

Really nice, easy to use and set up with windows 10

I bought this all-in-one for my 80 year-old mother. Set-up was very quick. It is used with a wireless router. The keyboard and mouse are also wireless, which cuts down on having to route cables. This model does not have a CD/DVD drive, so print drivers were downloaded rather than installed from the disk, not a huge deal. Overall, she seems pleased with the performance.

Good all-in-one computer for beginner great value for the money have had no problems using every day comes with Windows 10 all included touch screen works great not a Powerhouse but gets the job done

Am learning slowly but the computer seems to be right for my needs right now. But as I am a novice user I am sure it does far more than my needs. So over all I like the computer. And my experience at Best Buy was outstanding because of the trouble I was having getting the right one and all their help along the way.

Easy to use, lots of ports for extras, as with most all in ones, I was up and running within 5 minutes.

I switched from a desktop to this and like having less clutter and more space. so far the new Windows 10 is working glitch free. Have had Dell computers in the past and this new one lives up to their quality reputation.Would recommend this computer for home use and light computing needs. so far, it has totally met my expectations and Best Buy has again proven to be an excellent choice in finding an affordable product that meets my needs.

Love being able to have a small space for my computer and being able to move it easly!!

I ordered the model with a CD/DVD drive, but got the model without. However ,y opinion of built-in CD/DVD drives has revently become so low that I do not really miss the thing. I'll get around the missing drive my own way. On a positive note, I very much like the keyboard that seems like a real keyboard and not a flat piece of plastic - DELL, keep it up! The mouse is great as is the touch screen. Good product. The Geek Squad at Best Buy are a great help and service to the public. Kudos to them!
