Very difficult to use if you don't know Windows 10

Had the Geek Squad load it, but should have had a class on how to turn the thing on. Found out that the default browser, Microsoft Edge can't save documents to the computer, there's no disk player, and everything takes a tutorial to figure out how to use. This is not user friendly unless you have a degree in computer. For a couple of 60+s, this is more pain than enjoyment.
