I shopped around went to Best Buy spoke to an salesman I let him know exactly what we were going to be using a computer for and he gave me three to choose from your shirred me this is the best one for my needs when I brought it home my son downloaded Minecraft and it told me I was out of space by downloading one game he didn't play it he didn't login he didn't do anything just downloaded Minecraft and a computer so the memory was full it was ridiculous I was very disappointed I went back to Best Buy with my son who was very disappointed because he had saved up his money for quite some time and we helped matches money to purchase this as a birthday gift was very inconvenient and very upsetting that the salesman gave me false information

Not what I wanted this computer is totally garbage never again

Great computer for a student. Basic use, great price

This computer is so garbage slow. I have had it for two years and hardly ever use it because from start up to being useful it is at least five minutes. Then it takes forever to get on the internet. Seriously. Do not buy this computer.

Computer froze after I had it for a few hours. Tried to turn it off and it would not shut off even after I unplugged everything the light still stayed on. Took it back and got another one and it did the same thing. Asked for full refund and purchased another computer elsewhere.

Do not like this computer. Very slow operation. I would not recommend this computer or a Dell product to a friend

The battery seems to have come defective! After powering it on I noticed a warning saying the battery wasn't charging because of the power cord I returned to Best Buy and they ordered a new power cord to which took a week to arrive however wven after that the same error message still appeared. It's obvious the internal battery is defective. I still use it I just have to keep it plugged in! Pity!!

The HDMI port did not work, I sent it back and got a new one with the same problem. When contacting DELL and told them about the situation I got their usual "We strive bs..." email. Sorry but I have never been so disappointed with a computer and the poor customer service I got from DELL. Nothing wrong with BestBuy though, it was DELL Care and their service that failed to fix the problem.

Bad product had problems with it and nearly had 1 week with it and already had more than 4 problems.

I bought this item open box and was assured it was a floor model that had only been on display one day. It is stuck in airplane mode and I can't download any software to it. I should have known better. It is my second Dell dud.

The wireless keyboard lagged and was very slow I Di not like the picture quality not sharp enough

Battery wouldn't charge. Took it back and exchanged for another like it. Number two computer battery wouldn't charge. Took it back and received credit voucher. Bought a HP later. Would never buy another Dell

Poor quality. After a year the pc shutdown constantly. No viruses or software issues.

THE MIDDLETOWN STORE DID A POOR JOB HANDLEING A PROBLEM WITH THIS PRODUCT

Loved the computer but it was defective and discontinued by Dell.

Love the size but it is much slower than I thought and pixels dead on screen. Returning for something a little faster.

I felt this computer was misrepresented. Within a short period of time after purchasing, it became extremely slow. Eventually, it would not turn on. Thankfully, due to my Elite Member status, my return period was extended. It was recommended by the Geek Squad that they restore the computer to factory settings, rather than give me a new computer. They promised that all programs and pictures would be replaced on the computer once it was restored to factory settings. I was held up for almost an hour, since the Geek Squad member was having trouble figuring out how to check me out. This should have been my first warning... When I got the computer home, I found that the pictures FILE was on the computer, as was the Word program for which I paid installed. I left on a 15 day vacation the next day. Upon returning from my vacation, I found that the computer is still slow, the pictures file are EMPTY and the Word Program they reinstalled is merely a "trial" program and is unlicensed. I have now lost all of my pictures, since they never actually installed them back on the computer :( I am not at all happy with the computer OR the Geek Squad's abilities here. It's too bad, as I was going to have them come to my business and check all of the computers there. I have decided that would be a less than positive experience after this one.
