Generally speaking I am still learning the Windows 10 system and finding my way around as time permits. it would have been nice if someone could have shown me a few things before I left with the device.

It's exactly what I wanted, a small, reliable, portable laptop with decent battery life. I've had no significant problems with it. Once I got rid of some of the annoying software that came with it, I'd say I was completely happy with the purchase. Keep in mind that I compromised speed and screen size for cost. Given my needs it is working out well.

Computer works great and very portable and sleek...only downside is the hard drive...but other than that it's a great laptop.

Bought for a teenager going off to college. The multi use nature of it being used as a pad or laptop is convenient.

My daughters school recently requested laptops for homework and assignments. This machine was a bit overkill for a 11 year old but after working on it with her for a bit, I can tell this machine will last her for a few years . The touch screen is very responsive but it is a great feature.

This small laptop is great! Quick setup and run. Love the touch screen too. Only problem for me is no DVD player.

This is one of the best computers that I have ever owned, and I've owned a great number of them. It is much faster than I thought it would be and I have never had any trouble with it. Everything works perfectly. Small enough for you to carry it with you wherever you go and yet it still works like one of the larger computers. The battery life is excellent and above normal and the sound is louder than any other computer this size that I have listened to. I'm glad I bought this computer.

This is a great computer. It works well in laptop mode and tablet mode. I use it for checking email, surfing the web, and watching movies.

For the price and for the performance you can not beat this!!! Do not underestimate this hybrid laptop! I've used many brand and this Dell is awesome! I wouldn't recommend the version with less RAM. But this one is great and just add a external hard drive and ur set!

My old laptop finally died out after a good 6-7 years of use (which is pretty good, considering most laptops only last about 3-4 years on average). It was time to buy a new laptop, as I'm entering my second year of college this fall. I needed something simple, but with the same features I had on my old HP. I went with Dell due to my dad's preference (he's used lots of computers). Love this computer so far. Very light-weight as compared to my old 17-inch one. Runs great, the touchscreen is a new feature to me that I have to get used to. The laptop does not have a CD section, but that doesn't bother me considering I don't use CD's anymore. The battery life is fantastic and the laptop doesn't just shut off on me if it's at 30% like my old one did. While this laptop was expensive, it had everything I needed and I can not go through college without having my own laptop for all of my work. The design is sleek, all USB ports work, the webcam quality is much better than that of my old HP's webcam, and when I'm on video call the speaker quality is a lot better as well. I am very pleased with my purchase. I expect to get as much use out of this laptop as I did with my old HP.

i love how small, and weight this laptop is. the touch screen is an added bonus. it spins around but dont not detach to be used as a tablet. the mouse and the left click is funny, but im not sure if its just me?

I really enjoy this computer. Light weight, great battery and does everything I need it to.
