We got this laptop after read so many good reviews: light, functional, and clear pictures. Definitely recommend for others

This is my first 2 in 1 laptop. I did have some issues with it when I took it out of the box. The display kept crashing and I had to reboot. After calling Dell's customer service they fixed it remotely by installing updated Bios and so far I have not had anymore problems. My only complaint is the keyboard is a bit soft when typing so if you are heavy handed it might be an issue. Other than that, not bad for the money

This is a good 2-in-1 touch screen laptop in a compatible size for the price. The screen size and keyboard are comfortable. The only reason I am giving this laptop 4 starts is that the network driver is not stable at times

My daughter uses this for college- the desks are too small for a full size laptop, and this is the perfect size.

My son uses this laptop for high school. So far it has been great! It is very lightweight, it is fast, and the SSD hard drive makes it pretty sturdy. Got it on closeout, which was an added bonus. It does everything he needs it to do. Only drawback is getting used to Windows 10, but that is minor.

I went in to Best Buy to get my broken computer fixed. When I realized that fixing it would cost more than buying another, I went back to the computer section, and told the gentleman exactly what I used my laptop for, and he showed me the choices that fit my needs. I chose this one, and have had no problems. This is the perfect laptop for what I needed. It is lightweight, and not bulky, and I can carry it anywhere. The keyboard also flips back so I can use it like a tablet as well.

Great price for a super fast laptop, Best Buy was very helpful in recommending best product for my budget.

Very light unit and helps my family get tasks done quickly. Good battery life when screen set to low brightness.

I buy the laptop and had to replace as the keyboard had defects. The replaced one Is quite good. if it had all day battery life it could beat Apple MacBook Air easily having tablet mode and movie mode.

I use this laptop for work everyday. It is light and quick. The only qualm I have against it is the touchscreen does not always work smoothly; however I don't usually access it. It also emits a high pitch electronic noise, but usually can only be heard in a very quiet room. Overall I love this laptop. It is my first Dell and I would buy it again.

I purchased this computer for my son who is a student at a rigorous college prep. He is SO happy with it! He gets all his work done on it seamlessly and he enjoys the entertainment features too!

I was in a pinch and needed a laptop for work. This laptop is user friendly. Everyday I learn a new trick or technique that makes it easier or learn something cool. Very much like a smart phone.

Easy to take with me on the go, comfortable to carry, more than enough power to get the job done. I am dedicated Tablet user who is use to using a larger device for personal finance, document preparation & family history/Documents/Genealogy. Priced way below my expectation. My only concern was I had to return one of my two units. But the return process was easy. The Geek guys were great. I love the on line support appointments the Geek Squad provides

Have had this laptop for over 1 year now and I still love it! Nice to have the option to use the traditional laptop with keyboard or I can fold it over and use it as a tablet. Either way I am able to use the touch screen. Very versatile for all my needs.

Dell customer support is superb. I have to be honest, I was not happy with the product at the beginning and had to send it to Dell for repair. After 2 weeks I've got it back and now I am a happy customer. The results of their services exceeded my expectations. The laptop is really fast & serves the purpose well so overall I am happy.

Purchased this for my mother who wasn't sure she wanted to move to a laptop from her tower. She loves it. Compact, light yet powerful enough to handle everything she needs. Can easily hook it up to an external monitor if she needs a bigger screen.
