Very fast and responsive when doing normal tasks. Lightweight and easy to carry around. Love the 2 in 1 design. Touchscreen is awesome too. Had to update some drivers as usual to get everything working perfectly but now it's a great laptop.

It's a great laptop and I enjoy it. Some time the left and right click button are a tough to click so I'd use a mouse, but other than that I have no complaints!

Aside from the known issue with the wifi driver, it has worked very well. I have it hooked up to a large-screen monitor, so I don't have to rely on the small screen. I don't use the touchscreen much since I got a mouse, but I had no problem with it before the mouse. I was concerned that Windows 10 would have a steep learning curve, but I was pleasantly surprised: no serious hitches there.

My wife actually wanted a macbook for her birthday, but i didn't want to drop a grand on something I wasn't sure she would use too much, so his was on sale and I figured $500 was a nice compromise. She wanted something small and although she was disappointed she didn't get the macbook, her lack of appreciation went away when she realized this turned into a tablet and had a touch screen. I am a network solutions engineer so I searched and searched for items at a good price range that had 8GB of RAM, solid processor specs, and a solid state drive, and this was the best I could find. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star rating is because it sometimes gets video errors that pop up in the lower right of windows. They don't seem to cause any problems, but I havent looked into them yet. Otherwise, great battery life and no complaints!

Very user friendly, covenient size,streamline design, simple yet stylish, nice feel. So far very happy but wish it came with a paper user guide.

Bought this for my wife when I bought my Kindle Fire HD10. She needed something of this size for its portability for taking it to work. She seems very happy with it, but, as she told me, "I really haven't messed with it enough to rate it fully." She likes it well enough so far, though.

excellent choice for dragging back and forth to work

I am very pleased with this purchase. It's a lightweight, fast and solid PC. I use it for all my real estate transactions, emails and surfing the web.

I wanted a small, lightweight system with good battery life and SSD. Ample memory and a touchscreen, too. Very good performance. Would buy this one again and have recommended it to a couple of people.

I'm enjoying my new laptop. There are some differences from the traditional laptop that I'm still working on getting used to, but it's working out well. It is much lighter-weight, so I will be more apt to take it with me and do more, just because it's so portable.

I really enjoy this laptop. I've had it for a few months now. It's fast and compact, which works great for use in class. I really enjoy that it can be used as a tablet, as well-- it makes group presentations easy. The only issue I've had with it is that sometimes the system will go into tablet mode when I have it set up as a laptop. It's an easy fix, though, as there is a setting button in the bottom right corner. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

It reached us before the estimated delivery date. Really fascinated by the product. Light-weight and very handy to use. Bought for my college-going daughter, who is very picky with tech items. We had to return the one bought earlier, since she didn't like it. But, very much satisfied with this product.

Had a service problem in the first 60 days, replaced some hardware under warranty.

I've always been a supporter of Dell products due to their quality. This one is no different- great machine and slim design make it perfect. We had considered a Surface, but this one brought very similar specs for a lower price when you consider the cost of adding the surface keyboard, case, etc.

I have always loved Dell products and though I like building my computer through Dell, when my old Dell was shortcircuited I had to get a replacement fast. I love this little laptop.

Not the fastest...or slowest. It does have an actual hard drive instead of flash memory which seems to be the case in most 2 in 1 PC's. Flipping back and forth between "laptop" and tablet mode is handy for web browsing but not much else. Battery life is better than most and boots up fairly quickly.
