was looking for a small light computer that I can take on trips. this works great

I purchased this quickly after minimal investigation because my travel computer (11" Latitude 3000 education series) died a day before I was headed out the door. As a laptop running basic programs/applications (Edge, Chrome, LibreOffice, and so on, but nothing particularly taxing like a graphics-intensive game) this computer is more than up to the job. It is fast, can handle 5-6 open Edge/Chrome tabs with ease, and doesn't seem to struggle at all when four or five applications are open at once. For a mid-level laptop, it is downright snappy. The 128 GB SSD is more than adequate for normal use. I can't evaluate the touchpad because I use a mouse, and I can't evaluate the touchscreen because I haven't used it. The display is crisp and clear with recommended settings (1920x1080 native scaled at 150%) but I wonder, frankly, whether 1920x1080 isn't overkill on a 13" laptop when 1920x1080 is the standard resolution for 24" desktop screens. It is a good computer and I'd recommend it to a friend. I'll be using this one for travel and at home when I want to use a laptop rather than my desktop. I don't think that I'd let my 4-year-old grandchildren anywhere near it, though, something that I didn't have any concerns about with the ruggedized Latitude. All in all, I think that the 7353 is an excellent computer, and I'd recommend it to a friend.

This was my third try to purchase a new travel computer. The size is great and it has a bigger screen than the ASUS I'd been using. Have had Dell Computers for years and am always satisfied with them. My only issue is Windows 10 - I find it quite challenging and wish Best Buy would offer a class at my store to acquaint customers with it.

I like the fact that it is touch screen and light weight.

I bought this laptop as a backup computer but it is so fun, I can't stop using it for everything! Seems to be very good quality and has tablet type functions like touch screen, an equivalent to Siri that seems even more accurate and the ability to fold the screen all the way over so it can be used as a hand held tablet (albeit a little big and heavy compared to most tablets).

My laptop was stolen 7 years ago and I couldn't afford to replace it. My son sent me his used tablet and I learned how to use that rather reluctantly. By the time I saved enough for a new Dell, i was pretty adept with my index finger on the iPad. This Dell was right in my price range and i had no idea it was a 2 in 1 until the salesman showed me. What fun! Now I'm a little of both!

Great laptop for a college student. It's the right size, and moderately fast.

this has been a great computer so far, loads very fast and easy to navigate.

I was apprehensive about this purchase because I really wanted the top of the line hp but at $1400 I decided on this one. It was the perfect choice. For everything I do, it is very fast. Email, social media, lots of photography! It is really nice that it boots up from being turned off in only 7 seconds. That and the 7 hour battery life is about all I could ask for!
