Got this for my husband to use for his work. He is definitely a non-techie and hasn't had any trouble operating it.

This was a gift for my little brother gor when he starts college I currently have the i5 version and soon will be upgrading to the i7 but I love them. I love how the products work well with Windows and Google I love the personal changes you can make and the touch screen. I do all of my school work on it will definitely buy again.

While this isn't the greatest laptop in the world, it is a terrific one for the price! It boots up quickly and connects to any open wifi really fast and without problems. It's light enough to not bog you down carrying it all day and it's nice to be able to quickly start it do do something when needed

So far I am really liking my laptop. I really like having a touch. Actually the reasson for 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes it jumps around or freezes up for a minute espcially whengoin from keyboard to touch screen. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with my choice.

Was blessed this laptop was $100 off just when I needed to replace my old laptop. Gad good processor, solid state drive, great resolution though screen will reflect light from lighting opposite it. Pretty good audio, plays fairly loud. Great buy for the price!

only used a couple of times so far. win 10 is different to get used to and the win sign on is a pain but that's not the computers fault. otherwise the computer seems durable. speed is acceptable and should meet my needs for occasional web browsing and streaming.

Love that it is both a laptop and tablet. I prefer the laptop version and my son prefers tablet.

Solid laptop. Functionally really good. Negatives: (1) difficult to open (deploy screen)and (2) power on button is not the most ergonomic design, (almost flush with the side of the computer.) I enjoy using it, the i3 processor is fine. Not too expensive.

Was looking for a smaller screen, but with more bang for my buck. Starting off RAM wasn't bad. But couldn't find anything with more SSD HDD space. But now that I have it, the PC works great. Just wish I didn't have to use a thumb drive to save all my docs.

This computer has a great keyboard, very clear screen, great speed for even book keeping, and has screws on the bottom if service or expansion is needed. I am pleased to own this Dell.

Convenient size, screen is small if you like everything on a big display. Do not use games, etc., only Word & Excel, but if I were more into spending time on a laptop, there's a lot to explore. Like the Touch Screen, but bought a mouse anyway...

It was on sale when I bought it, very reliable! I love how it flips into tablet mode. The touch screen is awesome but I hate when the cursor travels across the page when I need to click on something. Other than that I definitely would recommend it!

The motherboard of my older desktop died and I decided to replace it with a laptop. This Dell has surpassed my expectations. I do many spreadsheets, Word documents along with web surfing and simple game playing. Portability has also become a convenience I had not planned on.

I know little about computers. However, I use one everyday for hours on end. I have enjoyed the ease of use of this product. Had a little trouble in beginning acquiring the programs that come with computer. I do not know if I actually have them still, but works for my needs.

I bought this as a return, so the price was much discounted. But Best Buy checks everything over before they re-sell it. I love it. I don't use it for games, mainly for Microsoft docs, email and the occasional Netflix and it's perfect. Especially for the deal of a price.

I do online schooling so this computer is amazing! Only issue is it likes to switch from tablet to computer mode by itself depending on how the computer is sitting (doesn't affect anything but the mouse will disappear in tablet mode). But, I wouldn't trade it for anything else!
