This computer is excellent for what I need it for. It signs on fast. It's great for word processing programs and internet use. I like the ability to change it to tablet mode. It takes a little getting use to having the keyboard exposed on the back in tablet mode but it's manageable.

This laptop is great. It does everything. The battery doesnt die right away. I love this laptop

Super light, great picture, runs quick and smooth, love that the keyboard is backlit!

The good: Very fast boot time (about 15 sec.); high quality display, nice, evenly lighted keyboard. The touch screen is working fine. The not so good: Struggles with running all 3 Internet browsers I use: MS Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Computer freezes quite often while browsing and requires rebooting (Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn't always work). Gets quite hot sometimes, especially while browsing Internet. This happens even with only one single tab open. The headphone jack is becoming lose and sound started to break up, changing from stereo to mono and back, producing crackling sounds sometimes. Apparently will have to take it for repairs under warranty soon. Electric cord needs to be pushed in quite often, as it tends to slide out slightly thus losing the connection and interrupting the power supply. Both rubber strips on the back fell off and needed to be glued back on with the epoxy glue. So it's okay but far from perfect, not really inspiring Inspiron.

When I went to Best Buy, my intent was to spend less then $500. The main issue with that idea was that there's a break point to lesser quality/power at that dollar amount. By no means am I a computer expert and there's no doubt a large amount of stress is involved buying a new system. The Best Buy associate was very helpful at explaining all the important information about the Dell computer and H/P printer.

This PC was selected because of features and price. It is working well as a field unit.

I like the touch screen feature, and how it can open like a tablet.

I need a computer for my job and entreteiment and this is very good

System did not have updates installed and I wasted a lot of time trying to find out why things didn't work right. Almost returned unit. Geek squad fixed everything on free tune, (needed upgrades). Working great now, but pick up or first time uses should have a Big sticker on the package saying get those upgrades installed to improve customer satisfaction.

Exactly the portability and features I was looking for given my budget
