Good price drew me to this compact-sized all-purpose business-oriented computer. Easy to set up. Easy to configure. Plenty fast enough for business applications at a good price.

Nice compact size and fast speed is great for a college student. Fits in my backpack and is very light weight. Converting to a tablet is a nice feature also

I needed a laptop to run a few basic windows only tasks for work but still wanted to keep the feel of my ipad without breaking the bank. Chose this for SSD, touch screen and modest RAM. Make no mistake this is not a gamers computer or good for heavy graphic design etc. but it works for basic auto cad work and the other things I need it for. THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT TWO!! When my College age daughters overpriced Surface needed to be replaced for the second time, I opted to buy another one of these for her. She's happy with it and I still didn't tear my wallet apart.

I chose this laptop over the Lenovo and feel I made the right choice! Lit keyboard is excellent and it's easy to use. I use it mainly for photoshop and it works well!

Overall the computer is excellent to use. Everything is as they said it was at the store. Since I do not have computer knowledge as the store employee, I am going to have to have the geek squad to come to my house to teach me how to download my hard drive from my old computer, since I was shown at the store and came home and forgot what I was shown in such a short time. I am a hands on learner. Everyone at the store is really helpful and knowledgeable in what they sale there. I have even told a friend he needs to get the same computer next month when he goes to buy one. Thanks Bill

My wife uses this computer, loves the keys that light up when typing. Great size. The only drawback is the size of the hard drive.

This laptop is lightweight. It has a good size screen. I like the touchscreen. The battery life is good. I would recommend this item.

We bought this open box and so the price was very, very attractive. The quality of the 2 in 1 is exceptional, and the i3 processor is sufficient for our middle school student. With tablet mode, touch screen and solid state drive, this is one awesome device. I wasn't planning on spending the full retail price of this unit, but the open box price was what I would have paid for a basic laptop without tablet mode or touchscreen. Came with a full Dell warranty.

Needed a laptop for my daughter's school. Went to Best Buy and talked with a sales associate about requirements for the computer. He steered us to this Dell. Perfect size and weight, love the fact it can work as a laptop or a tablet with touchscreen capabilities. i3 Processor is fast and plenty of memory to boot. Great value for the price paid.

The customer service & info was totally awesome! I felt very well-informed and comfortable with my purchase. This computer is perfect for a busy college student who also works full-time, because it's big enough to do what I need and display well, but small enough to fit into my regular-sized backpack and work bag. It's a good investment, especially with the solid state drive. The ONLY problem I've had with it is that it didn't come with Windows installed, and I had to pay an extra $150 to download that.

I did much research into buying yet another computer and found this one. I like the capacity, options and size of it. The speed is great and always depends on your wireless network and, of course, windows 10. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone who is looking for a Goldie Locks computer, it's juuuuust right!
