- Tera, We're sorry to hear that you've had trouble with your new 2-in-1 touchscreen. We'd recommend calibrating your screen using the following steps: 1. In the Search box, type calibrate. 2. Touch or click Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input in the list of programs. 3. Touch or click the Calibrate button. 4. You will be asked to touch the crosshair on the screen each time it moves across or down the screen. 5. Touch or click Yes to save the calibration data. 6. Touch or click OK. When you have a 2-in-1 notebook running Windows 10, the tablet mode settings may be incorrect and could be causing the touchscreen not to respond, and needs to be changed. I read numerous reviews prior to purchasing this laptop. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with it and returned it. For unknown reasons, the laptop repeatedly shut down during use.

This laptop is fantastic for the price. The Core i3 is plenty of processor for day to day tasks. I bought this for my wife, who works from home online. With these lower-end spec machines the SSD makes a huge difference in performance. 8GB of RAM is also more than you will typically find in this price range. The screen is bright and colors are crisp. Full 1080P HD is also hard to find in this price range. I really don't know how Dell fit all of this into a machine at this price. If you're looking for a lightweight laptop you won't find a better machine unless you spend at least a couple hundred more. The 2-in-1 and touchscreen is a bonus.
