I purchased an open box item that was not properly checked out as indicted by Best Buy. The screen was going grey vertically in different areas and had to be sent off for repairs. My research led me to this laptop, which I do really like so I wanted that one and I had already loaded software etc. I'm pleased with performance of the laptop and would buy it again. It loads very quickly.

I use it for school and some personal stuff it is very fast and light so I'm in love plus it's touch

Just started a new job as a preschool teacher and I needed something that could do all the things I was doing. The sales associate recommended this one and she was right. I can do all my lesson plans, create menus, schedules, and so much more. I love that it flips around too. Perfect to play music on for circle time and the kids can see the dance moves. I'm also able to do my online classes on it. Perfect computer for me :)

What I like about this laptop is that it has a back lit keyboard and is from a well known PC company. I would recommend for a beginner to use.

The 8GB is enough to run several programs at the same time. The screen resolution is gorgeous and the colors amazing. The SSD makes booting Windows 10 in less than 10 seconds. And talking about Windows 10 is a great operating system (being myself a Mac guy I can say Win10 is great). The only "downside" is the Intel i3, it's powerful enough for several applications but not really up to par for heavy processing (graphics, games, etc) but for normal use is great.

I have owned several laptops over the years with varying levels of success, and tablets however chic, are simply not my cup of tea. My first hard drive cost $5000.00 (10 Mb!) so I have some experience. Whenever I want reliability, I go back to Dell. Desktop or laptop, they are more reliable. I love the solid state hard drive and the 3 lbs weight is nice. I can easily recommend this device. My cat likes it too.

It's a great laptop, fast, and easy to use especially with touch screen

I was looking for a laptop that was light, had decent battery life and not too expensive. This laptop is perfect for all of those. I'm a college student and use it everyday and the battery life is still great and can last through the day on one charge. If you're on a budget you can't go wrong with this laptop.

I have really enjoyed my Dell lap top. It is relatively light weight. It meets my needs. I am retired and disabled. I use my lap top for communicating with my friends and family. I do a great deal of shopping from my recliner in my den. I buy groceries and cooking items unavailable in the deep south. I do a lot of crafts, and as well, I get my craft supplies on line.

I bought this as a graduation gift and my grandson has no problems with it and loves the size for portability.

I think this laptop was a good purchase for the price I paid. It has features similar to a more expensive laptop: slim profile, touch screen with full screen rotation to a tablet position. Although the solid state drive offers less overall storage than many traditional hard drives, it's definitely enough for me.

I bought it as an open-box geek squad certified item rwo months ago, so far very satisfied with it ! Quiet (no mechanical hard disk) and light weight. I was considering a cheap, traditional old-style Dell laptop and a bit more expensive HP, but i'm happy i chose this. The touch-screen feature, the backlit keyboard are very handy.

I love this laptop! I've had it for about a month and I got it for college. I have zero complaints, I love how it looks. I really love the fact that it is aluminum instead of plastic! It's a really reliable, and affordable laptop. It's fast, has an SSD, and also is nice looking. No regrets here!
