I returned this product as it had limited memory space. It was better to get an updated hard drive than to work on this.

This computer 100% meets expectations, and at a very good price point.

This unit gets hot when it's on. The fan doesn't seem powerful enough to cool it. Very slow as well.

I purchased this laptop for my college freshman. She has been at school for two weeks and had to uber it to Best Buy, as she has no car on campus, only to be told that they "think" it is a bad hard drive and it will be at least two weeks before she gets it back. Big time buyer's remorse here!

PC that I bought is slow and the printer takes minutes to warm up. Not impressed at all and would not recommend. Unfortunately the Best Buy guy had no opinion on the PC and recommended the printer.

Windows 10 is a disaster. Everything has become so complicated because some programmer wanted to put in all these bells and whistles. It's a downgrade from Windows 7.

We had to return the same type of computer 3 times because after turning it on the first time the screen would turn black and stay frozen.

This was the worst computer that I have ever bought! It didn't last even year before I had to buy another!

Had to return and get another laptop. Didn't get another Dell after this first one literally broke down! Wouldnt go with Dell.

I think this unit is not very solid and unlike most Dell products. Definite don't buy.

I switched from the surface 3 to this 2-in-1 and I enjoy it so much more. It has a longer battery life, charges quickly, and is light weight. I deffinately recommend to everyone stuck between a tablet or laptop

This is a prefect laptop if you are looking to carry it with you or on the go. Its got plenty of memory to run your business applications plus the graphics are great for streaming videos like Netflix while on the plane. Battery life is also really good I'm getting about 7hrs with the screen brightness all the way up. The only negative thing I can say about this is that it does not have an Ethernet port, which is really my fault for not paying better attention before purchasing. Overall this is a solid, quick laptop with a great screen, excellent keyboard and its a 2-in-1.

Bought this on Black Friday 2016 for 499.00. Previously a Mac Pro user. This PC has everything I loved about the Mac Pro retina 2015 at 1/3 of the price. I'm a simple guy. Give me good resolution, backlit keyboard, and two point scrolling and I am happy. 8gb ram is a huge plus at this price point. SSD is as always a quick boot. No complaints. And, its touch screen, too. Can't see wasting the money for a macbook as long as pc's like this exist.

Hard drive space not enough for all the files that I have. Needed to upgrade the SSD, got a Samsung 512GB. Lately this laptop started to turn off unexpectedly which drives me crazy especially when in the middle of something.

I bought this item for a first time college student and she loves it. So far she has used the laptop for the entire summer school class and she wont put it down. it's fast, graphics are good, and it's loaded with a lot of apps that she loves and needs.
