Needed to replace my other laptop which got dropped (Buy the 3 year accident plan!!!). This fit my size requirement (14 inch or less), my need for at least 3 USB ports and my budget. I love the solid state hard drive (quick!) and the back-lit keyboard. Reasonably decent battery life, too!

Loved this laptop (till I dropped it and cracked the touchscreen and it went all cattywompus)! The touchscreen was the only drawback as it would reverse direction if you tilted slightly. Fast, lightweight, booted up instantly!

we wanted an updated computer at a good cost. we ended up getting a lot more features then needed but it allows us to grow with the computer and have options later. we like the flip and touch screen aspects of the screen. Fast, easy and smooth use.

i love love love my computer. Its the perfect size to take everywhere with me, its light weight but very durable. I love that i can use it as a tablet as well, it helps when i put it on the treadmill to listen to music. And it was a great value, i was able to stay within my budget.

Light weight Easy to see and use fast enough for everyday home use including regular games ie, cards etc screen is excellent keyboard is lit and great to use. Has all the inputs i will need inc usb Works with bluetooth and wifi - no problems Am very happy with it.

I bought this for the size, feel and speed. And have not been disappointed. Boot times are quick and apps snap open almost right away. The only take-a-way is that it feels heavier than it looks. I did like the rubbery like texture on the outside. It's not slipping anywhere.

I purchased this for my Freshman daughter to start High School. The Best Buy employee recommended this one vs an HP we were also looking at. This has been great for her, it's light and the battery lasts all day so she doesn't have to haul the cord back and forth to school.

so far I am loving this laptop. It runs super fast!!!! any app or document opens up immediately! the size is perfect not too small not too big can fit in my little travel bag. The keyboard is amazing, overall loving it so far and feel I made a great investment.

We purchased this laptop for my daughter who will be going to college in the fall, it's the perfect laptop for her, it runs the programs she needs, it's light weight and thin enough to fit in her bag. She is very happy with it.

Easy to set up. For once, no extra software to uninstall. Solid State hard drive. A little small but works for someone only doing e-mail and web surfing. We also use it for Quicken and managing bills. Easy to fold into a tablet to use in front of the TV.

I really like this laptop. Quick booting and plenty of power. My only complaints would be that the contrast on the screen is not quite as good as it should be. Sometimes white graphics wash out a bit. Also the battery does get warm when charging and it’s placement on the back can warm up your legs. All in all I would buy it again.

Does everything I need it for. The processor (i3) keeps the price down but the SSD is a nice touch. One minor point. The video at best buy says there is a built in stylus. If so, it's invisible. Maybe in the more expensive models with i5's and higher?

This computer is a bit on the small side, but isn't that small to where you can't see what you are doing. I would imagine that for the traveler, it would be absolutely perfect...and also.for the student. It has many features that make it a truly great computer, for beginners and experts alike. I really love the 2 n 1 feature...it's like having a laptop and a tablet. The touch screen is very responsive, but not too much as some computers are. I really am enjoying this computer. I have stayed with HP for years and when I saw this little guy, which happen to have all of the qualities of my "baby" ( HP ENVY M6 CONVERTIBLE) I just had to try Dell. I just bought my son his first Alienware.. also made by Dell, so I believe I might be switched....

Key features I was looking for : HD Touch screen, back-lit keyboard, long battery life (lasts a whole day of continuous use), decent processor. This had it all. Use it for on the road business.

This laptop has the features that I wanted. I bought this computer for light use and it's lightweight enough that I can easily carry with ease. The smaller size is perfect. Though I've only had it for six weeks, I'm quite pleased with this purchase!

Nice sleek machine, solid construction and performance for the price.

i like it does what i got it for to mainly watch movies like netflix i put a netflix movie on and keep play it until the battery ran out it lasted 7:30 hours in battery saver mode. and the 13 inch size is just right for everything

This laptop won't blow you away with speed, but it does operate fast enough for casual users who browse the internet or use Microsoft Office. It is a great value laptop. Added bonus of being able to use it as a tablet/touchscreen.

This is an affordable laptop. Very thin, lightweight, and great materials. Excellent screen resolution, foldable, touchscreen, SSD, silent operation, elegant grey aluminum finish. The best purchase for the money spent!

I got this for my dad who is older. He loves the touch screen! I think it's very user friendly since the touch screens allows you to navigate without having to use the mouse pad. He uses it for basic functions and he loves it!
