Great computer for personal use. Very fast loading, surfing, downloading, uploading. The touchscreen is fantastic.... Very good machine.

I purchased my laptop at Best Buy where I benefit from their tech expertise from the sales staff and they recommended this computer along with two competitors that could meet our small business needs and yet at an affordable price, well under $1,000. I am very pleased. This laptop is very fast, has good memory capability. Also, Dell provided excellent tech support helping me set it up virtually! My last computer was a desk top, a Dell, purchased in 20007 and it is still running strong. I am glad I stayed with Dell!

I just received the laptop yesterday and I'm in love. From simple things like the keyboard lighting up to more complex things like the actual software it uses. This laptop is great I can flip it into a tablet , it's portable , it basically has everything I need . Only thing is I underestimated how small the size would be but that's fine , it makes it easier for carrying it on-the-go. Very pleased with this order , would definitely recommend!

I wasn't going to buy this laptop 2 in 1 because of the price, but we found a great deal on an open box unit in pristine condition and full warranty. It has the i3 processor, so it's slower than the upper end i5 or i7, but came with plenty of RAM and a great solid state drive. The 2 in 1 functionality is great and my middle school age daughter finds it perfect - so much so she's abandoned for the most part the ipad she had been using.

Speed has been good. Takes a little getting used to the touch pad. Backlit keyboard is great.

My daughter's 3rd laptop in 6 months, this one has lasted a year and counting. More expensive, but also more rugged than others we tried first. Good entry-level machine.

Starts up quick and have not had any issues to this point. It is my wife's computer and has to be simple to use. This is. Plus the Windows 10 is much better than 8.x. I have always had Dell, until the Toshiba that this replaced, and have had no problems. Will not stray again.
