I was skeptical buying my first all in one laptop but this laptop is above par. The windows 10 and touchscreen combination is amazing and runs really fast.

Looked great when spec'd out. Powerful processor, Solid state drive, windows 10. However in real life this computer is not much faster than the 4 year old laptop it replaces. Boot time is faster. Time to launch applications or run processes is about the same. The system is a bit buggy though. Not sure if its the hardware or Win10. I get multiple display card errors and occasionally the wifi will just stop working with no resolution except to reboot the computer, which is a major annoyance. I installed some updated drivers and a windows update so I am hoping this will solve the issue.

I bought this laptop for school, to replace my Macbook Pro. So far, no complaints. It's sleek and lightweight, and a seamless adjustment from Apple to a PC. I didn't necessarily need the added touchscreen, but the price was right, so I splurged. It's definitely more than just your average, run of the mill, laptop.

Love my new compuer. Was afraid of the small size but gave me no problem with it. Easy to travel with. Getting use to Windows 10. Wish you had longer classes to help us along with it. It's light weight and very comfortable to work on. The Color and clarity is great along with the speed. I chose to use a mouse because I move better with it. But the touch screen and the fact that it stands at any angle is fun. Looking forward to many years of use.

Very fast boot time(<10 sec), very light weight laptop, good battery life. Folds all the way to become tablet. Very happy with the purchase.

Hardware is fairly stable. I'm in IT and work with 100's of laptops throughout the year. A few minor driver issues with Win10. Most notably video and WiFi.

Dell is a great brand that Ive had good luck with in the past. However, this time was a different story. Right out of the box the same day I purchased this laptop, it would not connect to wifi...or if it did connect....it would only last a couple minutes then drop the connection. Every other device at my house connects just fine and has not issues so I knew it was just the laptop. I spent over 45 minutes with Dell tech support and after I was transferred about 4 different times they ended up hanging up on me and did not bother to follow up or call me back. I retuned this laptop the next day for an HP and have had no issues since then.

Works good fast. I like the touch screen. I would definitely buy this again.

I bought this laptop after reading reviews on this and several other comparable laptops. I got this for my wife to act as a replacement for her 8 inch tablet and so she could play her steam games on it as well. The picture on this laptop is really crisp and the performance when watching streams on twitch and watching YouTube videos is really quick. One issue I am having with it is when we tried to play a game like Civilization 5, the laptop lagged horribly. Not sure if this is due to the SSHD or due to the wireless card issue I have heard about with this laptop (thinking it has more to do with the hard drive since other Internet intensive tasks run fine). All and all a decent laptop though.

I'm really happy with this computer. I was using a desktop replacement laptop, and I got tired of lugging it around. This one is so thin and light. I really like how the screen moves and it transforms. Touchscreen works great and the performance is very good. I highly recommend it!

I LOVE this computer. It's fast and easy top use. I love the touchscreen and the 2 in 1 capability.

I'm impressed with this little laptop. It is fast for the price point and does everything I need it to do. Ignore the negative reviews about wifi issues. I'm guessing that they've updated their packaged driver because I had no issues at all connecting to 5 different wireless access points. These included 2 of my own, one work and 2 public.

My laptop is great. Easy to use, I love how thin and lightweight it is. Very fast.

This is great for my son going to college. It's not to big or heavy. You also have the option to use it as a touch screen. He loves it and it's good to know its dependable.

Ordered for my son for his first year at college. When my son unboxed and tried to boot up the first time it crashed and wouldn't restart. (The box was a little dinged up when we received). He took up to Geed Squad at the store and when I came home I called BB customer support. They immediately shipped another PC to replace the damaged PC. I realize this is more about the good service of Best Buy rather than a product review. My son does like the speed, size and versatility of the PC.

Great laptop. More than I needed but just absolutely love how fast this laptop is!

I was pretty impressed by its speed and quality. Although I was not very convinced by what it offered, I had a positive experience using the laptop so far. I usually use it as a laptop, rather than as a tablet.

This laptop is light weight, fast and sleek design. However, from time to time, mouse pointer got disappeared and touch screen stop function. It happened about 5 times now so i just kept reboot the computer.

Just bought the laptop and using it for programming computer classes and even got decent FPS on world of warcraft (fair settings). Battery around 6-7 hours, but after disable touch screen (I don't really use) the battery is estimating about 10-12 hours.

This little Dell computer came with i7 6500u and 256 SSD. For the price I paid I got good bang for the buck. Screen is a little on the small side at 13.3 inches but other than that the computer is great.
