great laptop; i love the touch screen and the speed.

We “purchased” this laptop on line on 08/13/20 and it arrived like 2 days later! However, due to a family matter we left town the same day. SO, we really didn’t get to open it up and start setting up until 09/02/20. To be fair, we haven’t had much time to seriously use it but so far I can say that we are really impressed! The 4K screen is amazing and with these specs, the machine is VERY fast. If I change my thoughts I will circle back to revise my review!

I love this display on this computer. Battery life is very good and I love how loud the speakers can get.

This device is absolutely great! I love it, I'm having some issues with just transferring from a MAC back to a PC. I also am confused slightly about what came with my device such as protection but, I am working on getting things figured out. I love that it flips from a tablet to a laptop, this was a very important amenity for me with my purchase.

The computer is sleek and light. The color says black but it has a purple tint to it in the right light which is really nice since that's actually my favorite color. I have only had the laptop for less than a month but I am enjoying the photo quality performance and the display is to die for. I really needed a 4K display since I am visually impaired and need the picture quality to be clear and crisp. Great buy overall!

I like everything about this laptop likie nthe touchscreen, the way you can flip the whole laptop around to turn it into a tablet or a stand. The only thing that bothers me is the mouse pad and screen. sometimes my screen and mouse will glitch and start clicking on things im not clicking on. Maybe its just my laptop or a defect.

I had to return the 1st one I bought because of losing the cursor, white screens, freezes, random/unavoidable force updates that were very interrupting of my workflow. Best Buy said this shouldn’t happen with a brand new machine and quickly exchanged it for me. I considered a different laptop altogether, but nothing else has these specs in this price range. They set up my new laptop for me and everything has been pretty smooth since then, comparative to the first device. I have, however, had an instance when typing, where my typing jumped around to different lines in my email I was writing. I think that because the mouse pad is big, my sleeve may have touched it while typing (I hope that’s what happened). 2nd thing that has happened since the new laptop is that I was on a zoom call and everything was fine, about an hour into the call the other callers told me they weren’t able to understand my anymore— that my voice started sounding distorted. Could have been wi-do trouble. I will keep seeing how this goes the next few days. I really want this laptop to be the one for me! Best Buy has been very helpful through this process, I would purchase.

This laptop has helped us a lot while on the road as it is quick on start-up and doesn't need the enhanced wifi in hotels as it functions well with the standard free wifi. Picture is sharp and clear and the sound is good. Light and the touch screen helps when you try to hit on screen tabs. Added a blu tooth mouse to make it easier to hit tabs and such. Would recommend this laptop to all.

This laptop it’s better than a thinking. It’s speed and easy to my daughter use.

Exactly as expected, the performance is great and the screen quality is amazing

4k Screen and powerful 11th Gen performance,it definitely get the job done. People with negative reviews please update your drivers via dell support software and if you dont know how to give Dell a call and you have one year of service that comes with your laptop and they can remote in and do everything for you. Its direct dell and they are trusted. Even if you dont save your data on to a different memory disk and get some help. Dell Support software will download and install the latest drivers for you and fix many issues. Overall its a nice laptop with nice 4k screen, Optane NVME and 10th Gen processor. I would recommend it. Requires a little bit of technical knowledge to troubleshoot and update but comes with dell support to help non-technical folks. I would recommend get a deal on it during the holiday season and its a great gift item even for personal use as well.

Excellent! Great screen resolution, has a keyboard that is a great size! I'm a typer so for me keyboard are a big deal! Is is not hard or loud! Wow the color is great. Has speed! Easy to use has a big amount of memory! And it comes with a pen it has its charging space inside the laptop and that is great for not loosing it! I would definitely recommend it.

After lots of research and consulting friends, this was the best choice for me. This laptop looks great, comes with a pen, beautiful screen display, great sound quality, touch screen is very responsive and finger print login is awesome. There is so much more that I haven’t tapped into yet but I’m loving my new laptop!

All the amenities you would expect from a great computer. Graphics are exceptional. Easy setup. A little pricey but as of now, to me, it does all it was intended to do.

I've learned that when buying a laptop. You get what you pay for. I've purchased inexpensive laptops in the past and they never lasted long. So I invested a little more money this time and I haven't been disappointed.

Dell always the best choice. Nice, comfortable keyboard. There is NO LATENCY on this machine. The 1TV ssd's is amazing. Mine has 32 gig of RAM. Combine that with 64 bit Intel core I7 10th generation processor and you have a fast, quiet machine. Can't get enough of the touch screen. A very wise investment.

Unfortunately the first unit we brought home had some issues causing it to lock up. I worked hard with Dell support & then the Geek squad trying to correct the problem with no luck. This will be my daughters computer when she starts college. Needless to say. We were all very let down. But ... this was from Best Buy. We walked up to the return counter, exchanged it & left with another laptop. The exact same model. Brought it home fired it up, and she loves it. I was most impressed by the service attitudes from both Dell & the Geek Squad. From the start the service attitude was "we understand-this is a brand new machine, it should be perfect." Best Buy did not let us down & we truly appreciate the store, The machine is first rate & hi quality, Being used every day since we picked up the replacement & have no regrets.

We had to purchase a second laptop to support the kids distance learning due to COVID. This laptop was incredibly easy for me to set up and to use right away. The computer processes requests fast and is easy for my kids to use. It checks all blocks for speed, functionality, and ease of use.
