I’d been wanting a laptop with a full size keyboard and this Dell had all the features I needed/wanted. My salesman was very helpful in making sure this was the right one for me. I love all the features, especially the ability to still have a touch screen and use a touch pen.

Good laptop for the price. Decent specs. Would have given 5 stars but for the build quality which feels like cheap plastic. Touch is nice and responsive. Overall happy with it.

I purchased this computer for my cousin. He is starting collage this summer. We looked for a computer for his career since he will study software engineering. The specs are amazing, with 1TB SSD of storage he will have plenty of space to install all the software he wants.

This laptop is great for anybody. It’s good if your a business man that needs to have files and easily maneuver through screens. If you use it for personal leisure then it’s also a good laptop. Display is amazing.

Bought to be used for online school work during covid and used mainly as traditional laptop. Touch screen is bonus. Son also loves gaming on it when lessons are over. Battery generally lasts about 6 hrs.

Wow! What can I say! I had this laptop for a week now. Enjoying it so far. It's fast in every aspect. Fast startup with that face recognition. The 4k UltraHD really pops. Hey, and the 1TB SSD (w/32GB Optane) gives me enough fast storage. I think the specs are great. I ordered it online with Best Buy and received it in a few days. Can't speak for the longevity and durability of this yet, but so far so good.

We bought this computer for my husband for work. He loves it so far. He loves that it is facial recognition. It is great that it is touch screen and it can be used as a tablet. It is fairly new, however, he has not had any problems on it at all.

I bought this computer to replace one I use in my office. So far, it has been as I expected it to be. The screen is very nice with high resolution. It was easy to set up and I haven't have any problems with it in the short time I have had it.

This laptop seems solid upon arrival but unfortunately I've been running into many issues such as noisy fan running all the time (even after I set it to quiet in thermal management), audio issues (either 3.5mm jack not working, making buzzing sound, or had to manually reset). Battery draining fast, heavy, and keyboard arrangemnt not that great are other issues I've experienced. I regret getting this laptop at this price after all.

Bought for a child heading to college. This thing is solidly built and well-configured for students. Pen input, biometric security, nice processor and graphics card. It is not a gamer machine but it will play less intense games. This thing is light and just large enough to not be a burden while being large enough to easily see what you are working on. Nice quality machine.

I love the speed and memory of the computer. The only issue I had was the camera quit working after a couple of day. Dell sent a technician out within 2 days and replaced the camera.

I’m honestly in love with this haha. It’s seriously so nice and fast. And the pen that came with it is awesome and fun to play with. I’ve only had it for a little over a month but I have no complaints so far.

Best deal we could get on a computer like this. Glad it had all the ways to connect to it and not just all blue tooth. Going to be great for my son to have this for college for the next four years and beyond.

Bought to use for church use and been happy with use- set up to printer and support software very easy - would recommend

I bought this laptop few days ago. Very fast. Display resolution really good. Sound System super nice. Battery life more than 4 hours use. This computer is very powerful. I strongly recommend this computer.

This laptop came out of the box prepared for work! Very easy to set up and even easier to use. Has the clarity and performance I was looking for in a laptop. Let’s hope the battery survives a while!

Great work / play balance with this Dell Inspiron. The price was very good when compared with similar laptops. Meets my work and personal needs.

Was really anticipating getting a new laptop and was in search of gaming computer specifications without it being a gaming computer (needed for light CAD work). Have yet to download any software on it but feel that because of the i7 processor and dedicated graphics card, it should work well. All while still being a sleek looking laptop. So far so good! Really enjoying the 2 in 1 capabilities and I love the bigger square screen (I had a smaller mac before). Would recommend, only thing is that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to find a HARD plastic case for it.

I purchased this laptop probably about two weeks ago. Upon opening up I found it to be very good. Although upon one of the updates that we had after you open up a new laptop, I had an error in one of the files that were downloaded or/updated. I click on repair and it says that it’s not able to do that it seems to be a problem contacted Dell to find out what I need to do still no response from Dell. I just click the item to close when air pops up
