It was a open-box purchase. It's been great. I have one complaint, possibly why it was returned...there are 2 different icons on the main screen that say Korea on them, or are in Korean wording...when I open them, they're in Korean, of course. I'm not sure what that's about but it doesn't seem to affect the laptop performance, and everything else on the computer is in English.

I was hesitant to get into touch screen technology, but I love it! My laptop rocks and would highly recommend for anyone in the market for a new one. I researched Dell, HP and Lenovo - this was the best deal for the amount of features and storage. Also, the staff was unbelievably helpful and got me all set up!

I purchased this laptop for my husband since his old laptop needed to be replaced. It was the best investment. We love the new touch screen because it makes everything so much faster. No more clicking needed! We also love how it folds. It makes it easier to use on the plane when traveling.

I really enjoy this laptop. It is easy to type on. The screen is a perfect size for me. Videos are nice and clear. I put a lot of pictures on it also. I would recommend this laptop to anyone. The Windows 10 took a little time getting use to, but i enjoy it now. I like the backlit keyboard also.

My Grand Daughter picked this one out, as it had all of the features she was looking for, as she is a graphic artist student at ECU. She is very please with the performance and seems to be a rock solid performer and works seamlessly with her bamboo tablet and her school tasks, so far.

This is what I was looking for in a laptop. Has a discrete graphics card and a SSD hard drive. Haven't played any games in it yet but I am planning to will update on that later. Has only two USB ports but has USB c type port that can be converted into an regular 3.0 USB with and adapter.

This Dell Laptop has been a great computer for me. Has more than enough memory and storage.

This laptop is a very good consumer device. Quick boot up, apps open quickly, most functions are responsive. It doesn't perform like a comparable business machine, but performs very well for home use. When Best Buy applies a $200 discount, it really is one of the best deals out there. Highly recommended if you get it while its on sale.

I've always had great experiences with Dell, and I'm happy to say it's the same for this one. It's fast, reliable, and I've had no problems. It has face recognition to log in as an option and it works. I had my daughter try, and it didn't recognize her and locked her out. lol

This was purchased as a graduation gift for our son. He's had it approximately 2 years now, and we still have no complaints. He LOVES the touchscreen, and I wish my own had touchscreen abilities after using his. He also enjoys the ability to log in using his "eyes", and it definitely doesn't allow others in the house to log in using their eyes! He has used it for many online classes without any issues and has typed on countless discussion boards. It connects without problems to our wireless printer. If you will be carrying around in a backpack, the SSD is definitely a plus, and I am so glad we purchased him one with a SSD. In regards to value, I researched a lot of computers before purchasing and when this one went on sale I decided to go for it and forget the others--it's been a great choice so far!

Purchased this product for a client. It came with Windows 10 home but upgraded to pro and performance is pretty good. Client especially likes the tablet feature and ability to go from tablet to laptop. This is my second purchase of this device and no problems so far.

Great 2 and one Laptop is fast and comfortable to use. I specifically like the 512 SSD, the photo sign on, and screen resolution. The price I paid was reasonable and better than the competition. I purchased 3 years Geek support but haven't needed it yet.

I shopped around for a lap top. I was actually looking for a less expensive model. I am budget minded. I saw this one on your website and could not find it anywhere else for the price or even close for that matter. Extremely happy with my purchase.

This laptop took the place of my pc at work. I have been extremely happy. I have my big monitor plugged into it and work with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I love that I can take it with me art the end of the day ans have everything right tbere.
