I wanted a computer that was easy to use and would seamlessly upgrade and keep up with the changing times. This pc is state of the art and very easy to use.

Was in the market for a new laptop and the price and specs for this were a great deal. Very fast reliable laptop. Love the features on the the 2 in 1 options.

Love the touchscreen feature. I have not flipped it to use it as a tablet as I think it is too heavy to do that, but I bought it to use as a laptop.

The laptop is working just like the salesperson said it would. We have been quite satisfied. The only issue was having to learn the in and outs of Windows 10

Great PC. I really like the size of the screen. The boot-up time is extremely fast. Would like to have more USB ports but overall I am very happy with it.

This was the best option for my needs at the time. The display and solid state drive were the selling points. However, the keyboard doesn't have the numeric pad which is a high personal preference. I've also noticed the mouse pad placement isn't designed well for right-handed users; I often stray to the right side of the mouse pad, causing click errors. If I had the chance to replace, I'd pay the higher price for a model with a better layout. The SSD also runs warm frequently while using only Word and browsers.

I purchase the product to return to school so I needed a laptop that would keep with technology for several years. I also needed a bigger screen since I am beyond school age in years.

Bought this 2 1/2 years ago and it’s still running great- fast, nice screen, love the keyboard. All around great value.

I got this for my husband who was looking for a high end laptop with SSD. He is happy with it, however not happy with the position of the of button.

Great Laptop, Work very fast! Dell has improved almost every part of the thinner, lighter Laptop, including a larger touchpad, and a flatter keyboard.

This computer has been rock solid. I am currently working on my Masters Degree and this computer does everything that I need it to do and more!

Nice looking laptop with great specs. Opt to go with SSD instead of HDD to improve on boot/access time. Laptop looks nice...Will see how it will perform when loaded with more stuff...

Well for over 2 years now this laptop has been perform well to all of MS updates. No slowness at all. Was a good buy.

I didn't think I would need some of the features that this product provides, such as the touchscreen or how it folds into a tablet. But I have enjoyed these features and more!

Great laptop for the price. Solid state drive makes a big difference. Windows 10 is easy to use. Great picture quality. I would recommend.

Dell is a great product. I am replacing a Dell XPS with Inspiron i7000 that is very well equipped. The price makes it an exceptional deal.
