This Dell PC works very well--great speed and features

I am still learning to navigate on my new Dell, so even though sometimes frustrating, when I understand how it works, it is good. I had an HP prior to this. I love the photos on the sign-0n page. I wish there were tech support classes to teach me basic navigation, as it is hard for me to sometimes figure out on my own.

I'm a mac guy transitioning to a windows platform. I must admit, I wasn't sure, but with time, things have progressed nicely. the dell pc is really great. i like the windows platform and the scrren size of the laptop-15 inches. I'd have paid a lot more for a mac, and i really don't see a change in quality.

This laptop is a big upgrade for me, I love the touch screen, super fast processor and Windows 10 is great. I wanted the 17 " screen but I find the 15" is quite enough. It's replacing an old and very reliable Dell that has served me well for years. Love it.

I really enjoyed the easy setup and how fast it operates. The keyboard is really nice to type on and the back light also makes it much easier to see all the keys. Battery life seems to be much longer then I had anticipated and touch screen is also great.

I thought this laptop had more memory space for al the music I collect but it’s almost full and I don’t even have 1/2 my music collection on there. Had to invest I an external for not just backup but for main storage. Other than that, it works fine.

The computer looks good and run quickly. We only use this computer for basic computing needs, and for those, it excels. The only downside is the screen is not great. But if don't need a high end screen, it shouldn't bother you.

Purchased Dell inspiron laptop in San Diego, while out there helping my daughter's business. My computer went kaput and got great attention from the sales people at the Best Buy location we stopped at. Very happy with purchase.

WOW.. Talk about fast! This is a great laptop! First one I bought had some problems, but took it back for a replacement, and love this thing. Loaded all the necessary software, and it is running like a champ. No complaints!!

Before purchasing this laptop I got a low end hp laptop and ended up returning it to the store. One of the associates recommended this model and we've been very pleased with it. It has a lot of good technology for the price.

The Dell is a very fine computer, however, Windows 10 is very confusing. Programs that are needed for ones work has to be purchased yearly. In my line of work I use Excel and Microsoft Office. HP offers Microsoft Office and Excel programs at no additional yearly charge.

Pros: 1. Excellent sound as compared to similar laptops. 2. Excellent build quality 3. Laptop is super fast Cons: 1. The laptop is heavy . 2. The colors looked washed out, not sure if they can be calibrated. It seems because of the inbuilt intel graphics

Did the research and decided on the Dell. I have been to that particular stores many time in the past. However, disappointed with this transaction because initially I was issues a "open box" item when I paid for a "new" one. I called the store and they said to bring the one back in. So I had to drive back another 40 minutes there and then 40 minutes back home after retrieving the one I paid for. While I was at the store, I was not offered a discount, coupon, "nothing" due to this inconvenience I had to go through to return a product that should of been provided correctly the first time.

When my old business laptop crashed, I need to buy a new laptop ASAP and with the excellent assistance from Best Buy staff, I was able to be up and running in no time. The Dell laptop is an excellent replacement.
