I have always purchased cheaper laptops and upgraded them myself after the fact. My last one lasted about a year before I started to have a lot of issues so I decided to upgrade a bit with this laptop. I got it for $800 so I think I got a decent deal. I am not an Apple computer fan but do like some of the Apple features (finger zoom, sleek look etc.) so this laptop looks and feels like a mac with all of the pluses of being aPC in my opinion. The startup is super fast. The processor seems pretty fast as well. I did upgrade from 12GB RAM to 16GB RAM however not out of requirement but I just like having more RAM. I often work with multiple large excel documents at once so felt the need to upgrade further. I use it primarily to plug into a display hub to go to 2 monitors and have not had any issues at all. The few negatives, the power button is in a bad spot (on the side bottom right end of the computer) so I found whenever I would grip the laptop to move it on the side, I would put the computer to sleep. I changed the settings to make the power button not do anything when pressed. Also, when it's in sleep mode for a while, I have had cases where tapping keys doesn't do anything (the keyboard will light up but nothing else). If I press the power button it will just restart which can be annoying but I am sure I just haven't figured out the right method yet. I also wish it had the offset keyboard with the number keypad off to the right. With a 15.6" laptop there is a lot of real estate on the main panel it it looks kind of awkward to have about 2" of dead space on either side of the keyboard.

Love this laptop! Start up fast, great battery life, love the touch feature, backlit keyboard, so quiet and cool! Only Wish it had numbers keyboard. Got a USB plug in one that does the job when inputting lots of #'s.

I have purchased two of these now for our business this year. One of the best 2-in1 computers I've used. At first I thought it would be too big to actually use the tablet feature with the keyboard flipped back but have found it very useful even at this screen size. The first one I bought wasn't a solid state drive. I definitely recommend spending a little extra for it. Boot-up and file navigation is much faster. If you are like me, you take and use your laptop everywhere. Not having a spinning disk means you don't have to worry about a hard disk failing because of the bumps it takes along the way. The extra disk space of a regular HD isn't as useful anymore with more cloud storage options.

This laptop was a good buy at the sale price and has some excellent features. Lightweight and very fast with business level applications running. The only things that could be improved are addition of a number pad on the keyboard

VERY FAST and the nice screen.Only little flaw is the speaker.The sound quality is just so-so.But consider the price,it is acceptable.

Pro's : The speed and performance of the laptop is pretty good. It delivers on what it promises. Con's : 1. when using the laptop in tablet mode I am really worried about keyboard panel, I could not find any fitting keyboard cover for this. f you are some one who want to use this in tablet mode quite often that might be a concern. 2. I wanted to install Linux along side with windows but as windows 10 is already per-installed , there was no option for me to shrink the drive and install Linux. I am trying to figure out other ways to do it. Not sure if it is possible. 3.Touch screen is awesome and I want to buy pen for that so that it is easy for me to write something on the screen , again I did not find a pen for this.

I use this laptop for literally everything, I am a college student and wanted something that was really vcersatile for school. From watching movies in tablet mode to writing papers to using software I need for my program, this computer has been super fast and reliable.

This replaced a 9 year old HP laptop that had long since become outdated. This Dell is remarkably thin but sturdy and sleek looking. I'm new to Windows 10 but i'm learning to like it. The touch screen is responsive and the scroll and pinching capabilities are especially nice when viewing the web. This is the i7 and it is very fast. I like having the ability to switch to tablet mode although I haven't really worked very much while in that mode. I do plan to turn off auto Windows updates because one of the last updates turned off the screen! The Dell tech support was very helpful and quickly helped me resolve the issue.

The PC is equipped with the latest technology, 7th gen processor, DDR4 RAM, Hello supported camera, SSD, etc. It performs great and was a great value. I got it on sale.

Faster and lighter than the notebook that it replaced, plus it converts to tablet mode. The lack of a dedicated number keypad might be a deal breaker for some people, but would depend on the user.

Great speed, like the touch screen, lighter than before, the only thing I'm missing is the ethernet port that now you have to buy separately same as the CD/ROM

Vestry nice 2n1 laptop the solid state drive allows for vey quick boot up and shut down times. The i7 processor is fantastic and the battery life is great

I bought this as an open box and it really does make a difference between the i5 and i7 processor and the solid state drive. Really great battery life.

To be honest I have previously refused to even consider a Dell but after talking to several friends I decided it might be time to give it a try. So far so good. It is bigger than I would have liked but it is so much faster than my previous laptop and I am able to work on multiple platforms at the same time without it slowing down. I have found that the touch screen is a little difficult sometimes, but in some respects it is a little better. My last one was so sensitive that if my hand came close to the screen. I use this primarily for work so I need something that works fast and is low maintenance. I am quite pleased thus far and hope it continues.

I'm really enjoying this computer. It's fast, has a great screen, fast wireless, converts to a tablet. Awesome processor and SSD drive Just super.

This computer had all the requirements that I wanted......solid state, speedy and a lot of memory and light. So far it seems perfect for my needs.

This Dell PC has the important features that I love; such as Touch Screen, 512 SSD, and I7 processor. It starts fast and the optical recognition quickly signs me on I am glad that I bought a Geek Squad contract which they corrected several problems related to Windows, Battery Replacement and TouchPad replacement. I have Office 365 installed which enables me to keep current on Office updates and get timely no charge support when needed from Microsoft.

I was looking for a laptop to render video and was about to purchase a MacBook Pro until I read a review online that listed this laptop's predecessor as the #2 Windows machine. It works flawlessly and speeds through anything I can throw at it. It boots up quickly with the SSD and I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. Absolutely NO buyers remorse!

Easy to use, advanced technology. Lightweight, compact and great for on-the-go circumstances such as fulfilling university necessities.

This laptop is really fast. Plus the touch screen option, this is a good buy. The only thing that is not good is the power fan. It make a lot of noise and get hot very quickly. It is not good to use on the lap for long period of time. Best use on a desk.
