I needed to upgrade my computer, and this fits the bill, ultra fast, great for surfing the web, writing papers, and stuff like that. I am not a computer game player so can't remark on that, but for day to day computer user this is a great, light, compact workhorse.

I purchased this computer on a Memorial Day sale for $800 - i7 processor and 256mb solid state drive. Dell customization results in far superior performance to configuration on Lenovo computers I have purchased in the past (as recent as 1 year ago).

I previously used a mac book air. Spoiled by the how thin they are. Found this lap top in the store and the weight and how thin it was intrigued me. So far I am very pleased with the size and weight of this lap top. Plus plus, the specs are great as well.

I had previously had a bad experience with Dell, so I was somehow reticent about buying this laptop. It seems to me that Dell has learned from their mistakes. This is a lightning fast machine, yet it's very light. I couldn't be happier with it!

Wi-fi sign in was always sketchy at best- that is, sometimes it would connect and sometimes not. Same sign in as the other 8 wi-fi computers/items in the house which all sign in and out without problem. Finally, after talking to Dell for an hour I downloaded drivers updates on another computer and transferred to this one. Initially that didn't work. For whatever reason, after another day it finally signed on. Mostly good since then, but it still has an occasional sign-in hiccup. Usually changing from browser window to window is like lightening, but it has frozen up and become unresponsive a couple times. The computer, when up and running, is great. SSD is so much faster than HHD. Screen is big and clear with touch screen. I recommend based on what it can do, not so much on what I went through.

Was looking for a computer that could run my DJ software and not lag. Found it in this computer...fast processor and the solid state drive is much better than the standard computers.

I needed this for running animation programs and it has been working perfectly for what I need it for! I haven't had any problems with it at all. It's fast, and it boots up fast. I like all the features it has too like the touch screen.

This computer is excellent, and as long as you have an external hard drive, the SSD is a must for quick start up and response. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a 10-key number pad, but I knew that going in, so we bought a USB 10-key.

It's my first solid state drive & it is quiter. So far I am very impressed with the laptop. This is also my first Dell product & am satisfied. The battery is better than I thought it would be, so far lasts longer than the batteries in my HP laptops did. I like the screen resolution.

Best laptop ever. Fast, dependable, easy to use. Had a problem with the hard drive, returned it to Dell, they replaced it under warranty at no cost, not even shipping. Great company, great product. I want another one just like it.

I like the quality screen and overall weight of the system. I don't like the keyboard (not a full with numeric pad) The initial system turned out to have a defective motherboard but Dell sent me a replacement system that is now working well. Happy with system now so far

The computer is as advertised. Easy to use and easy to set up. Operation is quite due to solid state hard drive and opens at a fast speed.

Once I decided to treat myself to a Dell laptop with an i7 processor, it then became a matter of price. This feature packed unit met all of my requirements including a reasonable price. It certainly performs as expected.

I love a solid state drive - it must be 10x faster than a traditional hard drive. But the price I got at Best Buy was the big win...much less expensive than the same computer at Dell.com. I'm not sure how they do it but thanks.

This Dell laptop is best one I have ever owned. It is extremely well designed and has been very fast and reliable. I love the 2 in 1 screen that allows me to use it like an iPad. I am very happy with my purchase!

My husband and I love this computer. Love how we can flip it into tablet mode when on the couch watching TV. He wanted a computer that had a bigger screen but I wanted one that was more flexible and lighter weight.

Great laptop with bigger screen allows me to do my online schooling. The bigger screen is easier to see & read because I'm on it for a lot of hours during the day and night. It's fairly lightweight and easy to transport when I have to go for tutoring. I

Its been several years since i upgraded my old i7 lenovo. This new dell is extremely fast and the touch screen is a nice touch (pardon the pun) and very clear. I cant recommend enough the 512G ssd amazing speed.
