This is my third Dell computer and by far the best one I ever owned. Processor and solid state hard drive are unbelievably fast.

Bought this computer a few weeks back. Had to take computer next day after getting and update from dell.com ended up the new update deleted some window files and computer would no longer work.After getting the replacement computer I love what I purchased. Runs excellent and have used all the programs already installed on the computer. Love the true key application and the amount of RAM and storage it has. It is an excellent family computer I run two additional monitor off if it and love the touch screen.

For all the components inside and a sizable SSD you can't go wrong. Convertible laptop with touch all under 1k with a warranty.

We got this for our daughter in college. It's light, fast and is more than powerful enough for everything she does.

Bought this to replace an older laptop. Satisfied with the weight and size. Keyboard feels good for a thin computer. Only feature I would want is a 10 key.

After my son decided to play hours of online gaming with our previous HP, which was not a gaming computer, and killed it after only 2 yrs of ownership, we read reviews of HP and they are not as strong as they used to be. Read reviews on Dell and my other son has a Dell and loves it, decided to check this out. The Best Buy employee tried to talk us out of this, but I had done my research and wanted this. It is fast, powerful and responsive, really like it and recommend it.

I'm currently using my lap top for online classes and it is holding the battery charge great and the speed is awesome!

Computer has a good picture, nice touch screen and is fast. Would recommend to anyone looking for a 2 in 1 laptop.

This is a Windows based computer; I would like to see a greater selection of 2-in-1 computer choices supporting Red Hat and Ubuntu based Linux. I've been disappointed by the life cycle (in terms of security, updates, and performance) of Android devices and chose this Dell for portability and power. I've been testing Fedora from an alternate boot device and I haven't had a chance to take it through all it's paces yet, but have liked it so far.

The PC is silent, fast, soft. Excellent performance! The delivery was really fast: 1 day earlier than promised.

This 2 in 1 is a great device. It is fast, powerful, and does everything I expected. The screen is gorgeous and the keyboard is very responsive.

Setup was easy. We don't use it every day but most days for browsing, user design applications, and school. And shopping. Lots of shopping. Haven't attempted to install/run any games but I don't think it could swing anything requiring a heavy duty graphics card. Overall, we love the huge screen, available apps, etc. It'll last a long time. Mostly because we don't let the kids so much as breathe near it but still...it's quality.

While this laptop is a 2 in 1, I use it as a laptop. Call me a dinosaur. Quick startup is great, solid state hard drive is fast and quiet. Win 10 is trying to be an OS for both computers and tablets which I find annoying. I'd prefer a computer OS. I turn off more of Win 10 than I use, I don't want things like Cortana. It needs a crabby old guy setting, ha!

This computer has been easy to figure out and to navigate. Many helpful things to make it easier to use. I personally like the large screen.

The computer is very easy to use and has lots of great features like the touch screen and the light up keyboard. What I didn't like was the textured mouse pad. It bothered the sensitivity in my finger tips. I asked other people to try it and they said that it didn't bother them. Sometimes the mouse pad would get stuck. I wish it had a number pad because I prefer that feature on my laptops but chose to for go it to try this laptop.

Extremely fast computer that is quiet during operation. Was easy to set up. Was a good buy for the price.
