I am very pleased with this laptop, although there are several things I would like to change: The touchpad is extremely sensitive, and the friction of my shirt sleeve against it causes unintended changes; when the battery is overcharged, it overheats and shuts down for several hours, so you have to be careful not to leave it plugged in for too long.

Seamlessly moves between applications, has enough ram to operate multiple applications at once without lag. The touchscreen and abilty to change to tablet mode is exactly what I needed in a laptop design. The large screen allows for a superior view in comparison to smaller laptop designs.

So far so good, love the big screen and table mode. Quick response even with 15 windows open and plenty of memory.

Pros - Decent speed and storage. High def pics. Good screen size. You can fold the laptop in half if you want to just use the touch screen for social media, etc. Con- Cursor/mouse is overly sensitive by default. My previous Dell had the same issue. If you simply move your cursor across a screen that has links, it will open the page without any click or double click. Can be dangerous for obvious reasons. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity and finally got it to work better. But, I still cannot move my cursor across a page without the screen bouncing around. I have to repeatedly resort to resort to using the touch screen to avoid this issue. Very frustrating. When did it become so difficult for Dell to make a functional laptop?? Bottom line - all things being equal, I wouldn't but a Dell anymore.

We purchased this laptop for our church. It has been a fantastic investment for the Kingdom. It has more storage and capacities than we needed, which leaves room for us to add more to our worship service in the near future.

Great product so far. Does everything I need for my home use. Easy to install and use. Self explanatory tools for simple tasks and projects. Easy to transfer data from my old computer to this one. Does not lad. Runs smoothly & quietly.

I spent a few weeks on finding a suitable laptop for me. I already have Mac but i wanted a second laptop running windows. This laptop from Dell is as best as the Mac. Great laptop fast, smooth, and has luxury look. No any complaints yet. Highly recommend

Was looking for a new laptop for renewing some of my computer and programming certs. Immediately installed Ubuntu Linux on it and got to it. Its lightweight, fast and powerful. Have had no issues with sound or with it getting hot. The battery life is exceptional.

Graphics are fabulous, processor speed fast, all apps i had on windows 10 transferred fairly well to new windows 11 pc. Overall value was great. Highly recommend using geek squad to help set up.

Very happy with this purchase. It is a good workhorse laptop. The screen allows for ease with multiple open files. The battery strength has me charging up only once every day or two. The 2 in 1 allows me to read with ease and comfort.

This is a nice sleek laptop, but the mouse pad is sensitive in a weird way. You have to hit it exactly in left bottom corner for it to click onto links, etc. if you hit anywhere else on it it won't do anything. I have to get used to it. It has good speed time and memory for what I need. Very clear picture on screen and the ability to maneuver it is helpful.

Strong performance, a roomy display, and enough of storage make the Dell Inspiron 16.0" 2-in-1 Touch Laptop with 13th Gen Intel Evo i7, 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD makes an excellent option for productivity and multimedia applications.

This Dell is a flexible workhorse, I wouldn't game on it but I don't need to. Very satisfied with the performance, price, and capabilities. Definitely one to consider if you're in the market for a new laptop.

Brought the Dell Inspiron 16" laptop after my 27" HP desktop computer had to go to the factory. Love the graphics and speed of this laptop. The screen is easy on my eyes. I am usually on the laptop about six (6) hours every day.

Excellent laptop - Fast and plenty of memory. You can have multiple apps running and still plenty of memory. Screen size is great and weight is good for the size of laptop. Recommend for purchase.

I really enjoy the large screen this computerhas. It fits all of my needs. I am a teacher and needed something fast and easy to use. This computer has both of these needs.

While at the store I was able to browse the various options, with the guidance of the clerk I was able to narrow it down to 4 laptops. The sale price and the availability were the final deciding factors. After using this laptop for about a month now I am still happy with my choice. Love this laptop! Easy to use, full walk through instructions for those of us who need a bit of help. Large screen to have multiple pages open and a touch scream that can easily be changed to a tablet.
