Still going strong. Wife's computer died one night and within 2 hours we had found this online at a Best Buy we usually don't shop at. There are 2 closer ones but figured she needed a computer and the one 20 minutes away had 16 in stock. Got it home and that night she was back up and running. Quick service and great Dell product. It was quite the upgrade from a 2014 17in Dell with a failed HD.

This is just the right size computer for my needs. I scaled down from a large desktop Dell to a laptop that still provides the speed and power to which I'm accustom.

Love this laptop! Easy to use, full walk through instructions for those of us who need a bit of help. Large screen to have multiple pages open and a touch scream that can easily be changed to a tablet.

This is my second Dell Inspiron laptop. My first one lasted almost 10 years! It was still working fine but I just decided to get a new one with a larger screen, updated Windows and more storage. Working great - no issues. Hope it lasts 10 years!

Ive had this for a frw weeks now and its fantastic. Great battery, screen is perfect and its very solid feeling without all the bulk. Cant recommend it enough.

Had the laptop for about a week. And it’s great. Run my day to day work/school smoothly and even gaming. I play steam and Xbox games the and graphics are worth the price.I can go about 3 days without charging before it dies.

This will do everything I need & more for the foreseeable future! Quick & tons of storage! Live Dell & will buy again if this fails, quality is always top notch

I like this Dell 2 in 1. The new 2 in one is very fast, and has twice the ram and memory. It replaces a Dell 2 in one that was 7 yrs old. Hope it last at least as long as the last one.

It has touchscreen,processor is fast with evo platform.Its very lightweight compared to older models …fast charging port and very good display .I purchased for my wife and she is happy…

Extremely vivid graphics, excellent speed, storage capacity great. Lightweight & quiet. Have tried other brands but have an extreme fondness for DELL & it’s ease of use.

Does what I need it to do. No issues, large screen which is nice for split screen. Runs fast. Haven’t used it for anything but school work so far but I think it’s great

Laptop is working great it won’t buffer at all . The speed is great it’s so user friendly .battery working great . Had great experience with Best Buy to get good deal possible

Good basic, reliable laptop. I like the bigger size and weight because it is a stable platform for typing. I also like having touch screen AND cursor control. Only problem is I have to sometimes click numerous times for cursor to function and I'm not sure why.

The laptop was better than expected. I am so happy with it that I recommend it for my father and he purchased one for himself.

Purchased as a gift for hubby. He loves it. We're not tech savvy but what we do know boot up is fast and can run multiple applications at once. Battery life is awesome and display is decent.
