    I love my computer. It is the best that I have had. One year with it and it works magically. The only downside is the reflective screen. But overall, it's great in all other areas.

    after a few years, the keyboard stops working randomly. but its really good for my daughter to do her gamming on. Just get a best buy membership and geek squad can fix the keyboard issue without a problem. :)

    I either haven't bought a laptop for a long time, or I came across a great model. Satisfied with both the price and characteristics. What was also unexpected for me was that it folds out and transforms into a huge tablet. I found out about this after a month of using it. It was funny :) The aluminum body is aesthetically pleasing and tactile, and is also resistant to damage.

    Overall I love the keyboard backlighting, battery life & ease of setup. However, just like my old hp laptop, the fingerprint reader doesn’t work with my old wrinkled, lined & worn fingers. Good value for the price
