    I am learning to use my first laptop touchscreen computer after years of using a desktop computer. It has been fairly easy to use. I thought I would need to use my wireless mouse, but so far, I am using the touch pad and it is working well, in combo with the touchscreen! I was thankful for utilizing the wonderful help from the GeekSquad as my beginning instructor! He was very patient and kind as well as knowledgeable!

    Overall I like this computer, graphics are good. Touchscreen works well and it processes quickly. The fingerprint reader isn't picking up my fingerprint all the time, minor detail.

    Pros: Quick system, bright 16" screen. Setup fairly easy. The 2 in 1 feature is interesting. Transfer feature from other systems is pretty seamless. Cons: Windows 11 doesn't make it easy to figure out how to shut the system down. The screen (probably because of the 2 in 1 design) is really heavy. The laptop, in turn, is pretty hefty. The fingerprint button is rather unfortunately placed (top right keyboard) My big old fingers are pressing three other buttons at the same time when trying to use it. I am still investigating all of it's details.

    This is my first personal laptop, after years as a PC-only person. It's a very good computer. Setting it up was easy and so was connecting it to my home WiFi. I do miss some of the accessories that came with a PC that do not come with the laptop, but I plan to get a USB hub at some point so that I can attach some of those "missing" accessories to the laptop.
