Sales was great but geek squad failed to deliver

Knowledgeable staff who helped me select the right computer for my needs. Easy setup by myself but i already had Offise 365. Had one issue on outlook calendar and the geek squad couldnt understand my issue or question. Luckily i was able to look at the setup on my old computer to mirror it to tbe new. That wa s my only issue.

Love this laptop

The customer service rep at the store was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and was very patient. I compared this laptop to similar models by HP and others and I'm so happy I went with this decision. I love the size of the screen and the speed of the laptop. Plus, I got it on sale which was a bonus!
