    The laptop works as well as I have come to expected from a Dell product. Setup was easy and everything appears to function properly. Sales staff was helpful and made good suggestions for ancillary products that would improve my home network and my experience with my new Dell computer. I remain a loyal customer of both Dell and Best Buy.

    The Dell Inspiron 16: Touch Screen laptop is perfect for authors who need the capacity for writing, editing, proofing documents. Folds over to allow it to be used in "tablet" form providing much flexibility in use. I have trusted DELL products for many years, and this absolutely does not disappoint!
