Just get a best buy membership and geek squad can fix the keyboard issue without a problem. :)

So much faster and smoother than my old laptop!Windows 11 is different enough from 10 that I'm having a bit of difficulty but I can tell that it's just because I need to get used to it. Overall, it's excellent!!!

It operates very fast and is a great laptop. Built like granite it seems very very sturdy. Solid feel to it!
