Excellent laptop, it is tactile, fast, modern, I really liked it, I would buy it again.

I really like this laptop. I can run several applications at once with no issues and like how quiet it is. A few things that could improve - the two c type inputs are very close to the usb port. There are only two usb ports total and could use one more. It’s a bit on the heavier side but I’m okay with it consider how fast and quiet it runs.

I do really like the laptop! I feel like the battery life isn’t as strong as I’d like it to be and sometimes the touch screen is a little off. (Could just be me) Also I feel like the battery charger gets really hot. However with all that I am pretty impressed with this machine and just hope it lasts a long time.

I love my Dell inspiron 16.0 2 n 1. I actually look forward to doing my work. It makes it so easy to get my work done. I can do so much more on my Dell.

So far so good nice machine for the money! I have been using Dell computers for over 20 years and like a car after so many miles I get a new one because i like new features like a touch screen...!

Great price and so far so good for a returned item. My only problem is on startup, I am getting a website appearing for Candy Crush and don't know how to make it stop.

I love everything about this laptop! It is my first laptop, and I am really enjoying writing on it! It was an open box purchase, so I got a lot more power and storage.

Bought this for my daughter for school and she LOVES it! It is fast and she is able to use for all of her school, gaming and internet needs.

So far I love this laptop. Battery last a long time. I love the finger print unlocking function. It does everything I wanted for my business.

JASON USLAN, from the Lynnwood Best Buy store assisted us in replacing an all-in-one desktop computer with a laptop towards year end with a great after Christmas sale price. We are seniors and there were few sales people on the floor at this time and we were about to leave when he came to our rescue. He was most kind, articulate, very knowledgeable and highly instrumental in showing us those that would meet our needs all while answering numerous questions before narrowing it down to the top two with a final decision on the Dell Inspiron 16.0" 2-in-1 Touch Laptop. Great laptop! Large screen. Lots of memory and processing speed. Can be used with touch pad or touch screen. Only drawback may be that it's a little heavy for carrying around.

It will take me awhile to learn about this new laptop but from the beginning it is a pleasure to use it and learn more about what it can do. It is sleek in design, is responds quickly and has many features. I love it

I've been using this laptop for about a month and its really a great computer, this is my 2nd Dell and I haven't had any issues, great price too

This computer is amazing. It is easy to use and set up in no time at all. I was glad when I decided to go to Best Buy. It was almost the same as my old one with much more.

Very happy with my dell. The sales person was trying to talk me into an hp which i had and wasn't happy with. This dell is a lot faster than what my hp was.
