So far so good. I had a computer running Windows 7 so this is a big change. I love the clarity and size of the screen, and the keyboard is very smooth to use.

1. Dell is sound quality. Been using for well over 20 years. I have used most other PC products as being 45 years IT professional. 2. Dell architecture built has less proprietory components which mKes it less complicated and less costly to repair. 3. Has better antivirus and hacking capability and software than other PC make. Less likely to crash the hard disk. 4. Dell uses premium SAN disk for data storage and retrieval. 5. More user friendly for newly architectural support learners and maintenence profession. 6. Use better Clist Coding for Support architects to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.

Online buying process was easy and with great financing. Price was competitive with other sellers of the same laptop.

The last 3 laptops I purchased were HPs. For its time, the features offered by this Dell are appreciably ahead of those of the HPs at its price. That said, migrating to Win 11 has not been pleasant. Would that MS had held to the "Windows 10 is our last OS" statement.

The Dell 16.0 2 in 1 Touch Laptop- 13th Gen Intel I7 works great. It is very fast and meets all my needs for my graduate program.

Graphics are really good and never have to wait for it to buffer. This probably one of the best I've ever used

Works perfectly for work use! Everything is fast and smooth, with multiple windows open at the same time. The touchscreen is a bonus!

I love it! It is a bit heavier than some laptops, but its power is awesome and one of my students was very impressed with the speakers when he had to watch a video on my laptop. I use a mouse with it and it is great. I take it to students' houses with me and it helps me do my job nicely. I have problems with the speed of it at times, but I don't know if that is an internet connection issue or not. I did have to take it back to Best Buy after I bought it and they helped me take extra items off it that weren't needed. The Geek Squad was great!

Very easy to use, the option to use it as a tablet is super cool for my kids. Accessibility to all of the programs is easy enough to work through.

Big fans of Samsung products, and my wife had her eyes on this computer for a while… we bought it and it runs very well.

A little bigger than we realized when ordering, but the big screen is really great for graphics and games. The touch screen also takes getting used to, but can be a handy feature.

I bought it to upgrade from older model i needed faster processing and this model had it for me dells i had no issues

For college this laptop has been amazing everything I need . It has a strong good quality build and is generally fast I have not experienced any issues with it so far

Fast processor and nice Hi def camera. This is a bit heavier than my Lenovo of the same size but it's worth it.

Had all the memory and the speed that I needed. It is heavier than I should have bought for travel. Better for the home office.

So far so good. I've had this for a little over a month and have no issues. Much faster than my old laptop. It has everything I need.

Great computer for the price has all the fuctions that I need would recommend to anyone has enough storage for all my documents and photos.

I like my new Inspiron 16 2-in-1 a LOT! It has everything I need, and I find the touch-screen capability to be extremely helpful!
